It is a budget hotel with free breakfast. The staff were accommodating especially the male staff at the information. Fortunately met one of the staff who is a filipina and was able to help answer our inquiries. There is a free shuttle bus every 30minutes going to meitetsu nagoya station from your hotel which is very convenient

Affordable, great amenities- laundromat in hotel and shuttle bus to and from station (check the times with the hotel) but it's super useful when you have heavy bags!!

Staff seemed to prefer guests using the self check in system, rather than dealing with guests in person. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station.

Finally got around to writing a review! In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in its price range in Japan. The room isn't the largest, but it's significantly more spacious than some competitors. There is space under the bed to store suitcases, which is quite rare for hotels and was very convenient. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The location is relatively close to Nagoya Station, which makes getting around very convenient. The surrounding area has well-developed infrastructure, with cafes and a shopping mall nearby. The breakfast was quite good, definitely a nice start to the day. Five stars!

- Room itself and bathroom are of a decent size and the level of cleanliness is pretty good - Great price for a short stay - Quiet neighbourhood - Staff is friendly and helpful - There's a shuttle bus to Nagoya station (make sure you check the timings though, there's no service in the afternoon) - Free breakfast is available (although I didn't try it) - You can borrow iron and ironing board from the reception and keep it in your room for as long as you need to - Shower amenities smell very nice

- Hotel is pretty far from the main station if you don't like walking (17 mins on foot) or have a lot of luggage - Closest convenience store is about 5 mins on foot - Mattress and pillows are rock solid

Our 2nd time to book in this hotel and it never disappoints! It’s clean, spacious, has complete amenities (sleepwear too:) , friendly and helpful staff. My fam is always looking forward to the buffet breakfast! :) it’s close to the tourist spots. Just a few minutes walk, you can get to a bus station. Or you can free shuttle to main Nagoya station. We also tried a cab from a nearby attractions (Osu shopping,etc ) and it was inexpensive since it’s only a few mins away. Definitely staying here again :)

Found out after walking 9 minutes with luggage from train station to hotel we could of rode the hotels shuttle service. After finding this out we rode the shuttle back and forth hotel to train station. So inquiring about free shuttle service was something I had thought wasn’t available and hadn’t done. Don’t make this mistake 🙁

There is a free shuttle bus that picks up guests near the Nagoya train station. Location-wise, it's very close to the train station, with convenient stores nearby and easy access. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building and rooms are new and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, and the location is great. The self check-in process is super quick and smooth, and the included free breakfast is a plus.

The room turned out to be smaller than we had anticipated. The limited space became particularly noticeable when we attempted to maneuver around with our two medium-sized suitcases. Unfortunately, the presence of the luggage left us with little to no room to move freely within the confines of the room.

It is a Toyoko Inn. They are simple but clean and efficient. As the location is not really near the station, there is a free shuttle bus every 15m from and to the station. Cross the road to midland shopping centre. Do not go in, go right and you will see a bus stop, ignore it and walk on. There will be a smaller street. The Toyoko Inn bus stop is there
