Comfortable room, great breakfast, easy location, staff were really friendly and helpful.

Location. Just a few steps fm underground connection via UniMall exit 10 Plus there’s a Family Mart just below the building. Near Nagoya JR Station

There is no lift access to the underground UniMall via Exit 10. Hence big Luggages need to carried it down

It’s not too far away from the main Nagoya train station. If you walk underground, look for Unimall and exit U8 and the hotel is just behind Lawson. You can also use the same underground to walk to Subway (red line) Kokusai Center (S03). The bonus is there is the famous Ichiran Ramen just across the street.

It was fairly near to the train station and many amenities were within walking distance. There’s a family mart located within the hotel on L1 and if from the underground mall, UniMall, take exit 10 and you’ll be right in front of the hotel 😉

The location is very close to Nagoya Station. Very comfortable to travel and shopping. You don't have to go anywhere else to shop because there are so many shops to shop around the Nagoya Station. Also, with so many restaurants around there. We booked a room for 3 people, which we think that we have enough space to stay. We had 4 large luggage and 3 small luggage but we could manage to stay 2 night in the room. Of course, we could not open all 7 luggages at the same time but, with, a little calculations, we could open 3 small ones and 2 large luggages at the same time. The room is new and clean and the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast was good too and all the staffs were very welcomed even many of them are not fluent in English but they are willing to help you.

I personally don't like to climb up to the second floor to check-in but it's not that bad. Also, the windows in the room are unable to be opened.

Great location and price. Clean, comfortable, beds ok and choice of pillows. Right next to subway which has Unimall close by for eating. Room was small but ok for two nights and there was room to put suitcases on the floor and open. It was the only hotel we stayed at that had shower caps available (at the end of the trip 🤣). The staff were great. I booked two nights in separate bookings and they made sure we kept the same room. There is a spa (Onsen) in the hotel which we didn’t get chance to try.

I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee/tea or water refill in the foyer. Every other hotel has offered this including the Royal Park Canvas Kobe (who also offered free ice cream nightly). I know it’s not a biggie but when you’ve just woken up you don’t want to have to get dressed to go out and buy a coffee to drink whilst you’re waking up and getting organised.

We booked for a single as well as a double room for 3 adults. The single room was very nice, comfortable & spacious & came with a shower stall. The double room was also a comfortable size & could accommodate at least 2 opened medium-sized luggages. However, the double room came with a bathtub. The hotel was in a great location, accessible through the underground mall called Unimall (Exit 10). Upon check-in, I realised that I had left my carry-on bag in the train from the airport. The front desk staff, Mori, made a call to the JR Nagoya station & was able to locate my bag. I would like to commend her for her excellent service.

Couple blocks from the Sakura-dori side of Nagoya Station, right by the entrance/exit #10 of the underground Unimall, which connects to other malls and to Nagoya Station. The underground malls have lots of shops, restaurants, fast food coffee shops, etc. Family Mart is next to the hotel. The twin room was on the smaller side w/no real closet area, but had a mini fridge, bottle water, safe, nighstand between the 2 beds & light controls between both beds. We loved the onsen and appreciated that the TV's hotel page offered an option to check on the occupancy of the onsen, especially since it is not large and only has 5 wash stalls. There were staff who at least spoke some English, so that was helpful for us. Would recommend and stay again.

There was limited space to hang up clothes and luggage could not be left open without blocking the walkarea.

1. Staff were welcoming, service was good. We returned to the same hotel 3 times and were greeted 'Welcome back'. You would think it's norm but never got welcome back in Tokyo during my stay there. 2 Luggage stored were sent to our room prior to arrival. Please keep that up because lots of hotels don't practise that anymore. 3. Housekeeping will leave a card in the room with the name of the person in charge of cleaning our room. Small gesture but I felt looked after :) 4. Location was great, not only was it near station, the underpass has lots of shops, cafe and restauants. Note: If you can't climb the stairs, head down U14 underpass, there is an elevator on the left which link to the underpass.

Room felt alot smaller. Maybe should consider changing the lightings in room and the furnishing colour. We would be thankful for a bit more space to open up our luggage 😅

The location was super benri, quick access to Nagoya station for JR, shinkansen, Meitetsu lines. If you are taking the Nagoya subway, its better to go through Kokusai Center station in the other direction. The room and bed size was perfectly adequate for 2 adults and 1 toddler, comfy and clean linens. There were child amenities refreshed every day for our daughter. The front desk was extremely helpful, especially when we wanted to forward our luggages to our next hotel. Extremely accomodating and made it so easy for us.

The room was small, but that was to be expected in Japan. It was completely fine for us. Probably to keep in mind though if you are travelling with a lot of luggages.
