very new hotel, stayed at a room with a private bath on the balcony, view from the balcony was amazing and the overall mood was perfect for a romantic get away. 1.great set of amenities, bottled water, local beer, juices made locally as well as Japanese tea and the standard keurig type coffees. 2.great staff, very attentive and have staff who can speak English to a good degree who are knowledgable about the area 3.breakfast buffet very good selection of juices and foods. 4.amazing onsen style bath on the 10th floor. 5.don’t know if it was just part of the room I got but the taxi from the station to the hotel was comped 6.greeted with Japanese traditional sweets and tea while we waited for check in and seated in the lobby. 7.if you are going at atami firework season would be an absolutely perfect place to stay to see the fireworks. view is amazing from the upper floors 8. good breakfast buffet, with a range from Japanese traditional breakfasts, western style intercontinental and full English, an egg station where you can have your eggs any way you like including eggs Benedict, as well as a little Chinese option from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and a good cold selection of desserts, salads, yoghurts, fruits, and cold cuts

can’t be helped but the location of the hotel itself is at the base of atami area so to get to the shops and main restaurants it can be a little tiresome with stairs from the base up the hill. however there is a gentler hill but a little bit of a walk to get to the main shops and restaurants. but this being said, it’s still only a 10-15 minute walk.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic: the view, the location, the breakfast, the service, everything. We came here for our 10th anniversary. The hotel prepared a little celebration cake, fruit platter, and even a bouquet of flowers for us. The room was gorgeous. During our second day in Atami, we canceled all of our other plans and just stayed in the room all day lounging on the balcony and enjoying the complimentary sparkling wine and goodies in our room. Try to get a room with a private hot tub on the balcony. That was definitely a good decision. When we left, they called us a complimentary taxi back to the station. What a lovely place!

Everything was wonderful. It's pricey, but considering the special occasion, this was definitely an excellent choice. Given the chance, we would've stayed even longer. There's a 24-hour convenience store right across the street, a park, the beach, shops and restaurants nearby, and the onsen was lovely. Again, we spent the entire second day in our room, just relaxing and enjoying the view from our private balcony hot tub. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Our thanks go out again to the lovely attentive staff who were perfect in every way.

The room is beautiful and staff are super helpful. Amenities are fantastic.

No eateries nearby unless you climb up the steep slope. The restaurants are always fully booked. Luckily there is in-room dining. Hope the menu can have more variety since there is nothing much nearby.

Great location to Atami Sun Beach, spacious, quiet and clean room, kind and hospitable staff members, delicious and fresh breakfast, and nice onsen with great view. Thank you for arranging many things so we could stay in Atami with awesome memories. I would like to visit again when Hamabi fireworks happen so we can enjoy from the balcony.

Rooms are fantastic. Large and spacious with great view of the ocean. Private outdoor bath was perfect for watching an ocean sunrise. Beautiful property with great hot springs. Views are stunning from 10th floor infinity pool.

Would have been great if there was a shuttle service to and from Atami station. It is a very difficult walk to their location due to mountainous terrain, although short.

Facility is new Onset is nice

The faucet has very uneven temperature water out coming Also the water is small Staff is cold.. not warm to the guests. The staff is not caring to what guests need. They also don’t care about guests’ requests or needs. They are not able to accommodate you if you need extra help when it comes big family and kids. They won’t try their efforts to achieve your requests. Service is standard but not exceptional Staff is cold… I don’t sense 5 star service here

Location is very good. Lots of options for buffet Breakfast. Room with open onsen is a good choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks in the fridge are all free of charge which is a happy surprise! Hotel also provides welcome drinks until around 8pm at the bar lounge with some snacks. Love it! Will come back again in future!

The facilities at hotel are new and have everything you need during the stay. The spa is exceptionally good with outdoor spa and indoor spa and sauna. We enjoyed the facilities there so much that we hardly leave the hotel

The window blinds cannot block out the sun. The hotel design should have been more thoughtful in this area. The hotel faces East and the morning sun is strong, it makes sleeping difficult as soon as the sun comes out.
