The whole building seems to be really new, and everything looked nice and modern. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of rooms for everyone (4 people), especially with extra sleeping possibility in living room.

Checking process was bit annoying with scanning passport, etc. On the other hand, I had no issue. While the location of this unit was excellent for our activity, the town of Biei is very quiet at night and many eating places are only open during day, so we had bit of difficult time finding places to eat for dinner.

This unit is very clean and very spacious, modern and simple design. Checkin process is swift and easy. The owner message us earlier for the process of checkin. No problem with finding the place using Google map. Owner is very considerate, provides very nice toiletries, tea and coffee, full equipped kitchen. The washing machine + dryer is very good. Walking distance to train station. I would give a 6 star if I could!

If there’s only 1 suggestion, if the owner can provide a pair of slipper in shower room as the floor is quite cold in autumn/winter. Tq.

A large communal space in the middle of the room allowed for easy circulation and included appliances and amenities made meal preparation convenient. We came by car, and the property has ample parking and is located just down the road from the Biei train station.

Would have been nice to have some sort of barrier - even just a curtain - between the bedroom and the living/circulation space. Family members watching TV or working in the living room meant that light was visible in the bedroom space because of the open plan.

Location fantastic, just 10min walk from Biei station. Apartment is hugh and clean. Has everything you need. Great to have your washing machine in your apartment itself. Check in was easy as the instructions for self check in is sent to your email before you arrive. Do look out for it as you need the pin or password.

Very few restaurants in the vicinity of UUhome. Almost all closed on Wednesdays. There is no convenience store.

The studio was clean, comfortable, reasonable size, has kitchen utensils. Nice quiet neighbourhood for the rural to suburban experience

Abit rural to suburban, convenient store or stores are abit of a walking distance. Needed some help or had some questions but could only communicate with host via chat, there is NO one at the property.

The place was large and well equipped. Everything was so clean and new. We loved the location! The rooftop was super nice at sunset. We absolutely loved it.

We liked the kitchen appliances. Good selections.

One of the extra bed sheets were filled with hair. We needed to take out the second set.

Brand new property. Nicely designed and exceptionally large rooms with all amenities needed for a longer stay. The nicest place we stay in during our Japan trip.

Apartment is super spacious. I love his living room. Our family had a great time after an exhausting day.

no hooks inside toilet to hang clothes. no instructions on how to clear the trash for international travelers. trash bags are insufficient if long stay.
