- Central location in Biei, few minutes walk from the train station. - I booked a deluxe room with a balcony, it has a very nice view of Daisetzuzan mountains. - The breakfast was very tasty and the staff too. - Every member of the hotel staff was polite and helpful. - The hotel is directly connected to the Oka no Kura shop full of souvenirs and local products - please visit it. - Very comfy beds.

- Only one thing - I did not know that there were two deluxe rooms next to each other in the hotel and the second room was always occupied by families with little kids. This is not a fault of the hotel - this has to be noted. One day there was a family with a toddler, with constant screaming just behind your wall, which is not very nice, especially during the rainy day when you have to work. However, as I mentioned, this is the result of some people being completely insensitive to others, believing that the whole universe belongs to them and their noisy infants.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. It’s conveniently located near Biei train station and offers free parking. The hotel has two floors, with all rooms on the second level. My room was clean, spacious, and included a large bathtub, The hotel also provides bicycle rentals, great for exploring the area. Breakfast at the small cafeteria was tasty and a nice start to the day. Overall, this hotel offers excellent amenities and a convenient location. Highly recommended!

The hotel is wonderfully convenient, just one block from the b i e i train station. The rooms are wonderfully large and spacious, and come with all the amenities like refrigerator, hot water heater, very good AC, and bilingual Japanese NHK news. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good, with scrambled eggs, chicken, potato croquettes, salmon, good coffee and orange juice, Etc and the excellent b i e i travel information office is right around the corner, and can help with day trips. The room had the best lighting of any hotel I have had this trip.

One can hear the trains on the nearby tracks a little bit during the day. But I did not hear them at all during the night and I don't think the trains run very late at night, so my sleep was not Disturbed

The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. We booked a smoking room, but we were perfectly fine in it (normally I can’t handle the smell). The location was fantastic! It was a three minute straight shot from the station. The breakfast was good and the staff were super helpful from explaining the festival going on outside to helping me find a last minute doctor.

This is being super picky but the only thing I was bummed about is a pretty normal thing for me in Japan. I’m 194 cm or 6’5” and the shower head was really low for me, but it was also detachable so not too bad of a problem.

Beautiful view towards Daisetzuan Park's mountains. Very space room after staying in densely populated Japanese cities before. Free parking lot close to the property.

The breakfast vouchers were somewhat confusing; you were supposed to let them at the table when you leave, but there was no clear way how to get a new one for the next day. Having gotten 1 per day or taking it after you're done would have made more sense.

Really good location, very close to the station. Breakfast was good and included. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The room smelled a little bit of stale smoke which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker.

Great room and breakfast! Right at the city centre with many restaurants around. Cheap rental of bicycles to explore the town. Excellent services with free parking space.

Small hotel very quiet in the center of Biei. Staff efficient and sympathic. Room quite large, with a nice balcony overlooking a quiet square. Good breakfast

Breakfast! .We loved the Japanese choices and the local Biei produces and dairy products.

One of the chairs in our room was stained. It should have been cleaned or replaced.
