The smart tv was nice! The dryer was useful, even though i didn't use the washing machine; but to dry stuff from the heavy rain. Location close to american village (although that itself is a bit overrated); as anywhere in japan easy to find some nice izakayas, restaurants &bars. balcony.

The property was in a good location for where I needed to go (Chatan/Mihama area). The apartment was very clean. The host was understanding of a 2-day delay in arriving. Having a parking option was appreciated. Washer and dryer were a plus.

Dishes were minimal. Only one drinking glass, one wine glass. Bed (mattress) was uncomfortable.

Great location. It was great to walk around the neighborhood, down to the water, and nearby restaurants. We also were close enough to walk to American village.

The bathroom could have used a towel bar or 2 maybe a hook to hang bathrobe. A minor detail.

quite spacious for Japan (had the deluxe double twin). kitchen had everything you need. modern and clean bathroom, ac working, friendly and helpful staff

bed was on the harder side. found a small dead roach under the kitchen sink. strange because everything else was very clean.

Location is excellent. No breakfast included. The place is small but very cozy and meets the need as it includes a kitchenette, washer & dryer, tub and standing shower. Everything a person could hope for to spend a few nights away from home. Definitely small for more than two people but perfect for a couple.

For the check-in I had to message them that I arrived and after that they sent a staff to welcome me providing the acess code ect... that was a bit annoying.

the Room was nice And had what we need like wash machine, dryer , fridge, the beds was comfortable , I was there with 3 kids 16,11,8 and we had great time .is close to American village and beach and even zoo, had a nice pool close to American village, was amazing

Room is equipped with small kitchen, washer, dryer and separate sitting area. Recently renovated.

Parking a bit expensive and nothing nearby. Need to drive everywhere.

I liked the area and that it came equipped like a mini apartment.

There was only 1 small size pillow per bed. Maybe 1 more or a king size pillow would've made sleep better.

Room was very nice and clean

The bed fell apart on the first night. They need some better furniture in the room.
