Wonderful hotel with stunning view over the bay. We stayed in a twin room on the lower level with a beautiful balcony. The room was very spacious, well designed and equipped. The bathroom is huge with shower and big bath tub and the bed very comfortable. There is road noise when you open the windows or sit on the balcony during the day, but it gets quiet at night. Breakfast is a little DIY, we were given a box with a mix of ingredients (eggs, veg, sausage, bacon, fruit, yoghurt) and also a dough mix to put into a bread machine. Sadly our bread didn’t rise properly overnight as we must have pressed a wrong button by accident, so no bread for us in the morning. We wanted to extend our stay by an additional night, but sadly never received a response to our email inquiry or message on booking.com. We also tried to ring their phone number and couldn’t get through. This was a little disappointing. A part from that, this hotel is lovely and we had a relaxing stay.

Very high quality accommodation, very comfortable and clean great welcome gifts and the place felt very cared for a thoughtful The view is incredible being able to watch the sunset and mount Fuji in the distance was a wonderful extra . Thank you

We hadn't realised that no food was being served when we arrived we were later than planned, and there were no breakfast options at all. So we left pretty hungry The staff were fairly helpful,, but not what we'd been used since coming to Japan. I don't think the language barrier helped, so we were disappointed

Very nice boutique hotel with breathtaking view of the Shonan surfer bay between Zushi and Kamakura and - if you’re lucky - Mount Fuji. Very well equipped apartment studios with nice terraces. Beautiful rooftop with a small infinity pool. Best WiFi of all our stays in Japan (other hotels had poor service).

It’s a bit on the side of the bay, takes 20-30 minutes walk To get to the attractions of Kamakura. Hotel restaurant only offers set menu at 7500 yen per person.

Beautiful room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast box in the fridge was full of yummies and the bread maker that we switched to come on the evening before was such a nice touch. We woke up to the smell of freshly baked bread! Lovely pool area.

We had to wash our own dishes and make our own beds which I thought was odd. Housekeeping consisted of changing towels and a brief tidy up of the room.

The man who checked us in and showed us to our room was so so kind. He used to live in Australia and was so helpful. Even showed me some parking options on a map as the hotel carpark spots were booked up for the long weekend. The pool is incredible - almost unheard of in Japan. No silly rules about swimming caps etc. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL! Big and cozy and modern and clean. So so so happy!

The website should be more clear that the restaurant doesn't allow children. It didn't matter as we had a lovely little kitchen but it would have been nice to know in advance. Some of the staff members aren't very friendly. They seem stressed and understaffed - unusual as the accommodation is very expensive so I expected good and kind customer service throughout. Not a complaint - but just a suggestion - if food and drinks were sold by the pool we would have spent a LOT of money up there! :)

You are right on the water. Every room looks towards the ocean. Very big and open the refrigerator included a couple beverages and plenty of amenities in the bathroom. There is a projector screen that comes down which is nice if you’re sitting down with the family.

 Parking is 2009. With the price of the room parking should be included with the cost. I had a little to no room getting out of my vehicle because the parking was so tight. I turned the couch into a bed because my son didn’t want to sleep in the same bed as his sisters. When I checked out, they charge me ¥3000 to make a bed, ridiculous. I would’ve had him sleep on the couch if I would’ve known the cost.  shopping, Cafés, restaurants, and places to grab a snack are not within walking distance.

The expansive daily breakfast provisions and bread maker. The large rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony. Delicious meal at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property is a bit difficult to locate, but we found it after a short bus ride from Kamakura station.

It was perfect in every way we didn't want to leave! The view of mt Fuji from our room was totally unexpected. The staff at the front desk, Yohei was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short bus ride from kamakura station via bus number 40 that runs very 15-20min. Full amenities in every room including pyjamas so you can pack light. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. We definitely want to come back, soon!

Perfect stay here. Amazing room, amazing location and view. The sunset over a hazy Mt. Fuji was unforgettable. The rooftop pool was so peaceful. We had an amazing dinner at the on-site restaurant. The staff were so kind. We also loved nearby Kamakura.

Nice and tranquil. Room was nice. Dinner was very good and staff accommodated for dairy allergy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC vents were a little dusty and dripped on me at night while I slept.
