Location was just outside the train station, very quick and easy to get to. Check in process was simple even with the dificulty in understanding each other. Plenty of self-service amenities such as toothbrush, tea and coffee at the entrance. Check the "congestion" of the laundry facilities directly from your room TV. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, 100Yen for washing machine and 100Yen per 10 min for drying. Ice, Microwave and vending machines on 3f, but plenty of kombi just outside the hotel. If you didn't have your room cleaned, you were left a bag on your door with a fresh towel and pyjamas.

Breakfast was fine, tasted good even if the options were limited; however, it was enough for a couple of days.

Our hotel room was one of the smallest, only because we booked quite late and it was the only available, however it was cozy and the bed so comfortable and had all we needed for our stay for 3 nights. Room was kept clean every day and there was one day we left the room late, just before cleaning time was over, but when we got back to our room it was cleaned and beds were made and all. I didn't expect this great service. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Fuchu train station, restaurants and shopping centres nearby and small supermarket within just a few minutes walk. Best location ever. Would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Next time I will book in advance and book a bigger room. I will make sure to try their breakfast too. I noticed the price is so much cheaper than other hotels, buy unfortunately we didn't make time to try their breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is in the middle of the centre of Fuchu. Next to the metro station (3 min walk), 7 min walk to the JR Fuchūhommachi Station. A lot of shops. Perfect location in Tokyo away from the extremely busy tourist spots. With the train, you can go everywhere in Tokyo. Because there are not so many tourists, the shops and restaurants in the area are also cheaper. Try the Marugame Seimen Musashifuchu LE Signe Noodles, which is for 6 $ homemade noodles in very big portions and is located at the bus station. We were at the night festival. Near the station, you can see Mount Fuji, where we were the only tourists.

Just a minor thing, when we come next time, we will take a bigger room. In the small room, the bed was a bit wobbly; when my partner went to the bedroom, the bed was shaking like a waterbed.

I like the area that surrounds the hotel. It is a very chill area, not as crowded so easy to grab food. I usually eat in a food court nearby. I also like how you could see from your room if facilities are being used like the laundry area. The bathroom was bigger compared to the hotel that I have been to. I do notice the room has a different layout than the other rooms. I notice they provide new towels every day.

I might be close to a hospital or firestation because I would hear constant sirens at night.

The property was comfortable, clean with great facilities. Superb location with easy covered access to Fuchu train station. Approximately 30 minutes to Shinjuku. Easy access to cafes and restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacy. Hotel staff were very helpful.

More western options in hotel breakfast. But this is not a big thing, as there are many places to eat close by with a discount offered for those staying at the hotel.

The location was good, just right next to the train station - main entrance at level 2 connects directly, very convenient! Only 1 stop away from Fochu if you catch the Express. Room was nice, with all the amenities you may need. Nice co-working space next to reception. Had breakfast one day and was good: fair amount of options and good quality food overall. the only thing I missed was a bit of fruits

I found some dirty spots in the room such as a corner next to the bed and behind the toilet. Also the "bedframe" had dust on it. The smart TV didn't connect to my Android (Redmi Note), so couldn't cast or mirror.

Close to the train station, bus station, restaurants and shops. Disclaimer: I lived in this suburb of Tokyo for 13 years so I knew the area. However, this hotel is brand new and a good value.

Rooms are on the small side for most foreigner tourists, l think. I’m 4’10” so the room size was ok for me. Would have loved more hangers!

The location is amazing. It practically connects to the station. The breakfast was good. This is the one of the few hotels I've been to where the staff cleaned thoroughly every day. I was surprised when she started scrubbing the bath tub and washing the dishes although I only spent 2 nights there. I was so impressed by the cleanliness.
