Easy access

Location was very convenient for what we needed. Rooms were good and the facilities were what we needed. Shower was hot and had a decent strength.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking - too hard, but that could have been just me. The bath was tiny and no way could I have taken a bath in there.

The Staff is nice and the place have a parking😃

Great location and everything else was very clean.

The floor was not cleaned or hoovered, I found lots of hair on it :( The slippers were also dirty.

Even my sons broke the hotel room teacup, the hotel did not charge any fine from us. I really appreciate it. Also, my family was a bit noisy, so they never complained about it directly to us =)

Lift (elevator) every time stopped at front office floor.

It can be cleaner and neat. Although I chose the smoking room because my husband smoke. however the odor of smoke in that area was very strong.

Cheap, closest to the hospitals nearby which is why I booked this hotel. Good shower gel and shampoo.

It was so dry I actually had a headache during the night. Isolation is not good and it was either super cold or hot and dry.

When I checked in, the staff asked me for my Japan Residence Card (在留カード) and made a photo copy of it. I am almost positive that if I was Japanese they would NOT do this. I feel like this is a discriminatory practice. I speak Japanese and filled out all the other check-in forms in Japanese. Also, Booking.com has my financial and contact information, so if I damaged the property or caused trouble, they could easily find me by using Booking.com.
