The location was perfect! Only a few steps from the train station and next to a lot of great food options. The area was nice and quiet during the day and at night there were a good amount of people walking around the restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. They lent us free umbrellas when it was raining and let us store our luggage in the lobby after check out free of charge. And the breakfast buffet was delicious!

I can't think of anything to complain about. The staff addressed any needs we had and were even fun to talk to and joke with. We had a wonderful stay.

We attended a church conference at Lumiere Fuchu, located just a 5-6 minute walk from the Hotel Continental. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Fuchu Train Station, as well as numerous shopping malls, coffee shops, and restaurants. On the third floor of the hotel, is a dedicated room equipped with a microwave, washer, and dryer, adding to the convenience of our stay. Additionally, there is a convenience store just around the corner for any immediate needs. Food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! Recommend this place!

Convenient location, friendly staff who speak some English. The restaurants were also good. Nice desk for remote workers and lots of food and shopping options around.

It’s an older building, so it’s not immaculate and that can’t be helped. I think the bathroom ceiling could have been cleaner, but who knows how often the cleaners look up. Still a decent place to stay.

The room was spacious, with plenty of space for daily muslim prayers. The beds were comfortable and had a good amount of space for tea. The bathroom had a tub and a drying line, which is good for hand washing. I especially like the coin laundry which was a few rooms away; it was very helpful. I also liked that the staff is friendly and tried to help even if I couldn’t speak much Japanese

The TV was small and basic, so unless you watch Japanese TV a lot, it doesn’t matter much. There was also no personal safe box inside the room (which most hotels do), so keep this in mind when storing valuables.

The location was close to the train and bus station as well as two parks. It also had a restaurant serving three meals a day.

The restaurant had minimal vegetarian options for breakfast compared to the meat offerings.

Breakfast was elaborate and showcased the Japanese cuisine. Loved the food. Very close to subway. Can easily get to the city with express trains. There is a cool food court just behind the hotel.

Rooms could be a little bigger.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations on what's around. They cleaned my room while I was gone and replaced the towels. And I loved the pj's that were provided. They were very warm and comfortable.

The most: hands down breakfast. It was unreal, so good. Huge selection of Japanese breakfast items, all of them were super delicious. Location was also very convenient for us. The room was perfectly functional for one night, though it could do with redecorating.

My husband found the bed uncomfortable. Everything else was ok.

The location is convenient, and the room is clean, especially the bed sheets and towels changed every day, which is great!

I had breakfast buffet, which costs ¥1900, doesn’t worth the money.

The hotel is almost directly at Fuchu Station and was in good walking distance to the Kurayami Matsuri. Staff was very friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We would love to stay again!
