This is a very modern hotel in the heart of Tachikawa about a 7 minute walk from Tachikawa Station. Our double room was comfortable but of a modest size, comparable to other hotels we've stayed in Tokyo. It was spotlessly clean when we checked in and refreshed every day. Breakfast was included in the room price and was a nice buffet offering both Japanese and Western selections. All food was well prepared. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was excellent. There are many good restaurants and shops close by and the area feels very safe at night. We attended a wedding in the banquet area one of the days and again the service and attention to detail was superior.

Staff at desk were able to help us with shipping our luggage to the next hotel, an incredible convenience due to a hiking trip we'd planned in the day in between. Incredibly helpful and it was there when we got back. They also provided umbrellas as we were leaving because of unexpected rain. Just wow.

It was conveniently situated for our trip to Tama and Kunitachi - we had the car and there was parking for a fee. Our twin room was quite large - made all the difference. Very good buffet breakfast.

Decor has seen better days. A bit dark in the room. No onsen…

The room is clean although it is not new. It is within one and a half hour’s drive from Lake Motosu, so we were able to make a easy day trip to Fuji Shibazakura.

I left behind some food souvenir in the refrigerator when I checked out. It was supposed to be a present for my parents. I wrote to the hotel via Booking.com to say that we would drive back two days later to retrieve it. I do not know if I used the wrong channel but there has been no reply from the hotel.

The location was very convenient to the area I was attending an event. The room was larger than I expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the lobby and hallway spaces were clean and beautiful. The staff at the reception desk was very polite and kindly took the time to teach me how to use the travel promotion campaign coupons and so on. Would love to stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished, and some rooms had great views of the nearby mountains including Mt Fuji. The staff were very professional. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding and good value for money. The rooms were quiet, too.

The safe box and air humidifier in the room took up a lot of unnecessary space and could have been removed in my opinion but this seems to be standard practice in Japanese hotels.

Although the hotel feels a little old, the room is very clean. Staff are polite and nice.

Location is slightly further away from the city centre, but no issue if you arrive by car.

The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally tidy and with great room amenities -love the origami crane, cookies, facial products, newspaper

The breakfast buffet is well stocked (steak, tempura, curry, soups, etc) and nicely laid out, but I do miss an omelette option.

Great breakfast, super staff, silent room. Our room looked to the rails (is not close, so no noise), and my 2yo. daughter loved to stand in front of the window and look at the trains. Rooms were relatively spacious. Clean. There were enough towels and anemnities.

The air purifier was old and smelly (so finally I did not switch it on). In the morning, my wifi did not work.
