The beds and room were nice and clean. The room was well stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, pajamas, slippers, and other toiletries. We love the buffet! They offered a variety of international dishes as well as the traditional Japanese cuisine. Also we enjoyed the row of different juices, coffee, and tea. We appreciate the whole the set up and cleanliness of the hotel.

They didn’t provide individual travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash but they have it in their reusable bottles.

It's very convenience and so many different shops, restaurants nearby by walkable distance. The hotel also located very close by the train station, monorail station around 5 minutes walk. Teh tower building looks very new and the entrance for the convenience store is an advantage for this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again for the next time!!

A typical Japanese style built-in bathroom. The basin is a bit low for a 1.93m tall Caucasian. Otherwise no point to dislike this hotel.

Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the closest JR station. Facilities are clean, elevator was always fast, check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. There are famous stores nearby. Staff is gentle.

Beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but they were not bad either. I wish there were rooms for families (we were 4 people but had to divide in 2 rooms).

Location was great, two blocks from the station with countless bars,restaurants and shopping all around. Staff were friendly, the room was a bit small but Ok and facilities worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable and room temp just right. Glad we could open the window. Thanks for the stay.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. A perfect location for us close to the train station, bus terminal and all shops and restaurants. Good value for money and perfect for a short stay, we stayed for 3 nights.

The rooms are small, but that's normal for this type of hotel in Japan, so nothing to complain about when you know what to expect. Overall nothing else that we didn't like as we knew what to expect from this type of hotel

Good location, just 5 minutes walk from Tachikawa station. Room was clean, comfortable bed and specially I liked pillows and blanket. Breakfast was tasty, in Japanese style

Room was small(no space even for luggage, we kept our bags under beds) no cabinet only 2 hooks and 4 hangers.

The cups for the complimentary teas and coffee in the room are too thin and without handles. It would be easier to pick up and drink if you could provide regular tea/coffee cups with handle. There was only one electric outlet in the room, and we had to switch back and forth between the kettle and our chargers.

We were staying for a 12 nights in Tachikawa and I couldn't get the whole trip in the tower building, so I split the booking between tower and normal building. When we arrived the staff saw our situation and let us know that they will try to combine the booking. 1 night later they call and let us know they combined the booking and we can stay in the tower room for the full 12 nights at no extra cost! I very much appreciate the staff's awareness of what our situation was and to help as much as they did. I was also spending some of the days working from my laptop in the room and the staff were very accommodating in organising specific timing for the cleaning service or just dropping off towels, amenities and fresh room-ware when the room didn't need a full clean. We also made use of the free rental bicycles. Room was very comfortable with a clean and modern bathroom. Location is also very good for exploring Tachikawa or quite far west Tokyo.

Just stayed one night for a trip to Takao mountain and Showa Kinen Kouen. Spaces are quite good for the price. Bathroom and toilets looks very modern and comfortable.

Check-in was a bit hassle with codes and stuffs—the code received in the email didn't work and couldn't find my name. I had to ask the receptionist, just to be redirected to the check-in machine again... Humanizing the check-in would be the best for hospitality.

The location is only a few minutes from Tachikawa North exit. There are quite a few eateries and bars nearby and a convenience store as part of the building. The bed was comfortable, the TV a decent size and there`s some desk space as well for doing work. Housekeeping is prompt with towels and you do not need to get cleaning done every day if you do not need it - I think it is a requirement after three days but am not 100% sure of that. Excellent security with keycards needed to access the elevator area.

The double room features a bed which is basically shoved against the wall - pretty standard for Japan. The check-in was a bit of a mission as the reception staff insisted on our using the machine to check in which then did not work. So that all took about 25 minutes.
