My experience, during my 3 week stay was excellent, as I indicated in the above questions' answers.

All was good.

There were plenty of options for breakfast. It was buffet style. On the other hand, the dinner is in a bento box (packed Japanese-style food). The dinner was delicious also. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. There are lots of restaurants just outside the hotel as well.

It was a non-smoking room. However, upon entering the room, I always smelled smoke. It made me uneasy to breathe.

The property is just next to the station, a few shopping malls with household items, outdoor / mountain gears and supermarket. Nice and comfortable room with adequate amenities. The canteen provided simple breakfast and supper. staffs are nice and helpful

Surprised that evening bento available at no charge. Helpful in exiting parking garage after error made in charge.

Considered mattresses overly firm, but generally standard issue for most Japanese western bed style.

Great value for money. Excellent and convenient location, very close to the station and with a great choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The furnishings are getting a little tired but still perfectly fine.

I liked that they had free dinner (albeit limited choices) but that’s a nice gesture especially when I arrived - long and tiring day. Staff can understand and speak English.
