Probably the biggest hotel room you can get in Japan. Rooms are just huge. Very nice Onsen, but get there early as once tourist groups are brought in - it becomes overcrowded. Staff is very pleasant, but only one person could speak English.

The facilities are rather dated. Only way to get to the hotel is by car (or walking) . Not many facilities around if you wish to have dinner or breakfast outside. Looks deserted at mid-day, but once tourist coaches come in - it becomes very crowded.

I liked the facilities and the staff, specifically the one who helped checked me in. My room was clean. Enjoyed my stay!

The reviews are all the same then I realized it's actually the problem. No hate, but I hope other guests will be mindful of everything and everyone around them. There were also no outlets near the bed(??)

The hotel staff was helpful and cordial. I was given a room at the top floor. The room was clean, comfortable and extremely spacious. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I recommend this hotel, absolutely value for money.

Nothing as such just to note the hotel's location is a bit far from the main area of Yamanakako, hence you need to use your car.

The Sri lankan gentleman who was at the reception and spoke English made our stay comfortable. He managed to get me some veg gluten free food that the staff in Restaurant refused.

This is a stamd alone hotel. Some food during lunch hours can be made available

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Hotel surrounded by beautiful trees and lake Yamanakako with mount Fuji across the road. Really enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. There is a bar for drinks and all you can eat buffet with a large variety of tasty food. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay Mount Fuji. Free parking. It is very convenient for all amenities. The room was huge. It's worth staying in this hotel. Staff was friendly.

Spacious room...I can perform my stretching exercise. Friendly receptionist. The resort not ready to open their outdoor facility except onsen pools.

Too quiet if without the 3 bus load of tourists. If not arranged your dinner in advance with hotel and without car then prepare to starve yourself.

The hotel delivers a lot of value for the money. The rooms are very big. Everything a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Overall very happy with the stay.

The onsen is really a good and clean place. We stayed at the triple room and it was really big and comfortable for our family of 5.

For someone who doesn't have a car, this place is very inconvenient. The bus schedule is not the same as the schedule on Google so we waited long and it was really cold outside to wait that long.
