Love the villa! It was well equipped with house appliances. Very much like service apartment and have 6 beds. It is just in front of the Lake Yamanakako with the Mount Fuji backdrops.

Nothing. Wish the weather is better as we only got a glimpse of the Mount Fuji.

Not enough chopping boards or cutting knives(only 1 of each) The floor was dirty - not visibly dirty, but if you wiped it yourself it’ll be black. The washing machine isn’t modern enough - please consider purchasing something more high-tech to match the rest of the place. As soon as we walked in we could tell the previous people had been barbecuing. Although I think it’ll be a challenge, you need to find a way to ventilate the place throughly. It’s a minor complaint, but you need to have more towels available.

Tong were not washed properly.

Property was nice; good and quite location in general.

Parking situation is tight. 2 random luggage were present on the property behind the shed located near unit 104. I called Rakuten, they ensured me that it would be removed, but they were not removed!
