The location and the view is wonderful! The staff is also very nice! My daughter lost the tablet in the hotel, the staff send it to our home! That's so nice! 👍 I think this hotel would be even better in summer, as very professional BBQ infra is available! I can imagine drinking outside with the wonderful view and BBQ!!!

Excellent location with splendid view of Mount Fuji right in front of your eyes! Looking forward to visit again in winter to see Mount Fuji covered with snow.

Would love to see improvements on the onsen / bath area such as use a more thicker curtain or change a non-visible window glasses; also, could consider reform the bath pool as it is too deep and slippery, especially that there is no stairs inside the pool to step upon.

Nice relaxing stay with a view of Mt Fuji. I know only a few phrases in Japanese and the staff was so patient with me and we communicated with a google translator app. I love that we were able to rent out a BBQ area to grill our own food for dinner.

The onsen was only open for a short amount of time during the night

Fantastic looking over the lake every morning made me smile. The Staff were amazing really were nothing was a chore for them . I had my 60th Birthday there did not ask them or say anything/ but they made me a cake and sung happy birthday very special place. Recommend Martin Sussex England .
