We visited last month {October} and were very pleased with this hotel. It is right by the bus stop, so getting to the hotel and also around lake Yamanakako was very easy. The staff that greeted us were so friendly and helpful. I have a large tattoo on my arm, but this was no problem for the hotel’s onsen. We stayed in a Japanese style room on futons, and had complimentary yukatas to wear. The kids {and I} loved this experience. Oh, there’s also a 7-11 very close by which was super handy!

The staff was very nice and polite since the moment we arrived, being very quick to accomodate us. Someone took us up to our room with all of the belonging with needed for our time at their onsen - towel, a bag and a robe. They were also very quick to serve us dinner in a very short notice after they offered us if we wanted. We were very happy!

for us the only no was that the breakfast was only japanese style since we are not used to savory breakfast and we have a kid with us. Not that we were upset about it! We just chose not to have breakfast there :)

It is a good place for rest. There is a public bathroom with good hot water. I'm not sure, that it is onsen, but it was still good. You have a place to eat, a beautiful view from the window to the lake Yamanako. Also, there is a reception with very good people, that really want to help you. A guy from a reception took us with our baggage to another hotel and then dropped us near the lake. He really helped us, a very good man.

A great location to view Fuji, the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The traditional Japanese room was suitable for our family for a night, and we enjoyed the clean and quiet onsen. We hired bikes locally to cycle around the lake, then hired two scooters from the hotel early the next morning to see the sunrise. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room in Japanese Style was clean. They have traditional Japanese cloth for you to change. Onsen is a must to go as they used a bit lower temperature water, so it wasn't too hot with less sulfur smell.

Because it's traditional Japanese room so we had to make our own Futon. It wasn't that hard, but it was a bit messy when I did it on my own.

Nice hotel close to the lake shore. The room has a private bathroom (was not clear on the Booking site). Convenience store at 100m. Nice views of Fuji from the lake (not from the room, at least not from ours).

Since the room is rather small, you have to do the futon beds yourself, after moving the table and chairs.

best Onsen we went to in Japan! We loved our stay, everyone was extremely friendly, everything was very clean and organized, we had a real Japanese breakfast, it was really cool! We loved it! The employees were very charming and friendly, we felt very comfortable

Strategically located, with excellent service, nearby tourist attractions, and easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, and bus stations. Highly recommended for those who enjoy sleeping on a Tatami mat. Not to forget, the onsen was amazing.

Kind people at the reception. Very big and beautiful room. Nice onsen. Right at the bus stop. The park and 7 eleven are a few meters away.
