It was really clean, bed is very comfortable with variety of pillows to choose from. The hotel cleaners went in and clean our room each day, which was wonderful. The facilities are great and exceptionally clean. The reception staff was really friendly & helpful. He went beyond what is needed to book our taxi which was quite early in the morning of our check out date. Breakfast each day which was quite nice. There's a lot of cafes and food restaurants around the area to choose from as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended as it really great value for money.

It's a bit far from the station. You can walk for 28 minutes or go by taxi for 5 minutes for roughly 1,000 yen to nearest station. The walk is nice and if the sky is clear and you can get a clear view of Mt Fuji on the way.

I was surprised to find that there is an onsen and free breakfast in the hotel! It is not the fanciest but i think it is really nice touch to give comfort for the guest. I like the place and the service staff is great! I will come again if i can.

The feeling that the cleaniness can be improved but it doesnt bother me. The blankets felt alittle weird as the covers werent really attached to the blanket that much. If you dont have your own transport, you may need to get your own taxi which will cost 1100yen from fujinomiya station. If you can see past that, you are in for an absolute treat!

Great stay here with a very clear view of Mt Fuji on the southern side. Overall, it worth our money. The room is quite small with basic necessities, however the facilities are great. You can have a drinks in the cafetaria, nearby to convenience store and beside petrol pump too. Ample of parking is provided, but you need to walk to the hotel, no so far, probably around 5 mins walk.

There was a floor that smells like cigarettes. We quickly asked them to change our floor and they did straight away. The guy at the reception speaks good English and understood us well. He is also very hard working. Saw him in the night and also he was there in the morning. The breakfast included was good. Location wise was good only about 30 minutes good walk from the station. The onsen was good too and with a lot of complimentary stuff. There’s a sushi conveyer belt very close to the place and was so cheap and fresh. Woah can’t even believed we had 21 plates with drinks for about 42 aud. Will recommend.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the rooms were more spacious than expected and the eco friendly nature of everything was very nice to see! In addition our room had a great view of Fuji and the food options around the hotel were amazing! ありがとうございました！

The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the nearest train station, if your room is above ground level the room can become extremely hot and humid.

Our room has a good view of Mt Fuji from the bed! Room was generally clean, just a bit of dust on the TV rack which is no big issue for us (wet wipes worked well). Front desk male staff was efficient in checking-in us in and giving us information about our stay. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available from 3pm daily.

Took a star off staff rating due to the grumpy breakfast staff (female staff with spectacles). She doesn't smile and acknowledges greetings grudgingly.

We had a Mt Fuji room view, and it did not disappoint. The onsen was also nice. It is not tattoo friendly, so bring a tattoo cover. The breakfast was delicious with Mt Fuji views. 7/11 is right next door. The staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

The parking was a little far from the hotel, but they have a security guard guiding you where to park. There are two free car parks within a 5 minute walking distance to the hotel.

Not many options with breakfast but the view from the room is excellent! We were disappointed that we couldn't see Mount Fuji from any lakes but when we wake up in our room at 5am, beautiful Mount Fuji was right in front of us from the room view! Overall, this hotel is value for money option as they provide basic breakfast, parking and small room for a short stay.

Room and bathroom space is tiny.

the room was quiet, the desk and chair were good for working, the bed was comfortable, the onsen was basic but good. I was able to park very close and safe location, the breakfast was quite good, the washer and dryers were good and economical.

there were a couple maintenance issues, the spa door was stuck half open to the locker area, the lobby toilet for men had a non functioning washer type seat

We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover after Hakone and before travelling onwards to Kyoto; aiming to climb Mt Fuji via the Fujinomiya trail. Location - conveniently located as close to the Fujinomiya station. Room - our room was at the end of the hallway and we got a pretty good view of Fuji in the early morning. Breakfast - good selection of food and they were all great. Onsen - public onsen was great. Receptionist / staff - very accommodating and helpful. Managed to help us sort out our taxi to get to the 5th station of the Fujinomiya trail. We had to take the taxi as there are no n public bus due to the hiking season only officially starting on 10 July.

Pillow - found it very hard.
