Property is located at Tenjin area where you can go shopping by 13mins walking distance. Many restaurants are around the hotel quite sure you can find your favourite. Good and well decorated. Everything seems neat and clean. Subway is just opposite to the hotel so if you don’t drive, its access is good. There is a parking storey attached to the back of hotel so it’s convenient. Daily parking costs JPY 1,800. I found this price is competitive with other places around the property. Room is nice but small. Wi-Fi is good. You have all necessities and amenities. It’s Japan.

Room is too small for two persons and luggage. But I believe the pricing is reasonable if you want to get something you feel reliable.

Very modern hotel and for a good price. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. I had space to properly place my trolley and as well in the bathroom for my toiletries. The breakfast had a lot of choice and offered as well continental style next to Asian. The location is in a very nice area close to parks, offices, shops and very good restaurants around Tenjin. The subway line from Hakata Station was in front of the hotel and easily reached from the airport.

I can't think of much. I enjoyed my stay. Maybe only minor point is that the reception is at the second floor, as breakfast room is at first (ground) floor.

The hotel is literally within 3 minutes from the metro exit (Airport line). It is within a good distance from restaurant and touristy places, yet quiet enough for a peaceful evening. If you a runner, you are in for a treat as it is close to the Ohori Park where you can put some miles in during your stay. The staffs are polite and welcoming during my check-in and check-out. They are fluent in English. The room facility is practical and functional. Overall, it was a lovely stay. And this is in the top of my list if anyone ask me for a recommendation on where to stay at Fukuoka.

It would be lovely if they can add one or two more electric sockets around the room.

Service was excellent. We had questions over the room charges and spent a fair bit of time at reception clarifying why it differed from the booking prices (it was consumption tax). The lady patiently helped to check and recalculate repeatedly. Breakfast spread was fantastic. We stayed 5 nights and some of the dishes changed daily. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Honestly, no complains about our stay here at all.

There is nothing extraordinary about the breakfast. I expected more. The location is close to everything - train station, restaurants, shopping places and the like.

I was charged accomodation fees of JPY10,000 by the hotel upon check-in for the five (5) rooms that were prepaid on January 23, 2025. Because of the said fees, there is not much difference in the cost of doing the booking of the rooms direct with the hotel from doing the booking of the rooms thru Booking.com.

Overall we liked the facilities/amenities inside the room. It was clean and the TV could be linked to your phone(mirroring). They have a button for them to know if you would need them to clean your room or if you wouldn't like to be disturbed. There is also an unmaned convenience store in the second floor where you could buy your essenstials if you don't like to go outside. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel was also near the station and some restaurants/convenience stores.

First time stating in a JAL City Hotel. Room is a bit bigger than Japanese standards. Bathroom is more spacious than typical Japanese rooms of the same price range. I particularly liked that the bathroom shower and tub is separate from the toilet and sink. 6-10 min walk to Tenjin and Daimyo shops and restaurants. Check out is at 11:00 AM but you can extend for 1000 yen per hour which is I find reasonable. Overall a great stay.

Checking in was smooth and pleasant. Front desk staff were friendly. However, banquet staff were perpetually busy so the breakfast was more like a turnstile for the staff. This hotel takes group tours so we can understand their harried-ness. Housekeeping was both efficient and thorough. Room was both clean and comfortable. Room and toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Location is awesome. Very close to subway station. Also, quite a few eateries and convenience stores within walking distances. Had a pleasant stay but would have my options open the next time we're in Fukuoka.

The breakfast options were plenty and ranged from local dishes to fruit and yogurt. There was something for everyone and a machine to make coffee/lattes. The rooms were modern and updated with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The rooms are compact and not too much extra space to rest, we ended up opening our luggages on the table in the room, and we were so glad we didn’t have any large luggage or else it would have been a tight fit!

The Cleaners were excellent and the restaurant staff. Location is next to the Subway and a short walk to Tenjin.

The reception staff were efficient but not all comfortable dealing even with foreign customers. It was obvious despite speaking very slowly with and smiling.I could feel it. It IS a Hotel where now many clients are foreigners. Stayed for 2 weeks. I was told at reception that my one harmony card was on the system and will get the points. Didn't happen.Overall good. We asked for softer pillows but we're brought the exact same pillows by the manager on the day. Way Too hard.
