Reception staff provide prompt and good service. Check in was a breeze and they allow deposit of luggage if you are too early for check-in. Free coffee, tea and stuffs needed for the room are for your taking at will. The hotel is located less than 10minutes walk from Tenjin and Akasaka subway though you may need to be bit of skill to navigate around with GPS which sometime can be leading you the wrong direction when walking. This was my end part of stay (2 nights when arrived in Fukuoka and last night) before flying off the next morning. There are 7-Eleven, Lawson convenient stores within short walk and also Yatai (local street food stalls) nearby. 20mins walk from the hotel you could reach canal boat tour and the famous Ichiran Ramen restaurant. Restaurants are abundant at the Tenjin subway stations which is 6 stops from the Airport. The station also had a underground shopping street. A vehicle rental (Nissan) was located 3mins walk away which make my vehicle collection and return a breeze.

Room size is a bit small but I selected this type so no complain. Have difficulty opening and placing on floor my large size luggage so had to push the bed a bit to accommodate. Else not much to complain given its not bad location.

Stayed here for a night. Decent room for a cheap price. This place is also very close to the Tenjin stores. Check out is also extremely fast, since you can just drop it off in the box mounted in the lift.

One lift was under renovation, so there was the occasional construction noise before it halted at 6pm. Bathroom mirror was a little damaged too. It was also a little unclear how to get a humidifier for the room, I was told to borrow it from "the far side". I simply took it from the one placed before the renovation barriers. Luggage storage was relegated to coin lockers in the lobby.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Restaurants, Stalls and convenience stores very close. 15 minute walk from Tenjin Station or Bus Station. Canal City is very near.

Hotel Room was a little small if you bring a lot of luggage.

Easy to locate from either Tenjin Station Exit 1 or 4 (just go into the alley after passing by the bridal shop for a shortcut). Has 7-Eleven and Lawson branches along with yatais and restaurants scattered around the immediate vicinity. Also has great access to Tenjin’s shopping district. Staff is also equipped with English speakers along with plentiful amenities (The bath salts smell great! The coffee is always filled! They change the towels everyday!). It always felt at home and the beds are very wide which makes it extremely comfortable for two people side by side. Even the duvet and blanket combo is great for spring weather (where the ambient air is colder than air conditioning) and you do not feel like you’re playing a snatching game with your roommate.

I think the pillows can use a bit of improvement. I personally think they feel like they have a grainy texture in the pillows? I also wish the Fukuoka hotel tax was already incorporated into the booking charges which costs 200 yen per night, per person. The biggest thing that’ll be difficult to change is the general cramped size of the room. But they make good compromises like dedicating space to the bathroom and the bed size to maximize the comfort in a small space. It’s just a bit of inconvenience when handling luggage.

Location was really good. Close to many food options to explore and close to shopping area. It is also not far from subway stations. The room was more spacious than most we have experienced with in Japan.

Although the room is a bit more spacious than others, the wall or construction materials might be quite thin. We heard noises of furniture moving from other rooms all night. But overall it was a good stay.

I didn't stay in this hotel. I booked it for my sister's family so the review here is based on their feedback. The rooms were small but moden and comfortable. There were lots of eating places just outside the hotel. Front desk was very helpful in getting them a taxi to the airport early next morning.

Staff is friendly,... best to be more proactive to offer help to clients... like when a client moving few heavy baggages along... best if the staff could offer help instead of just watching over.

I definitely liked for sure the availability to have free coffee at the lobby anytime of the day. I also like the big bed available in the room as well as the view of the city from my room.

One thing I wish I was able to do, but I couldn't was have an html connected to my device to see things through a T.V. Most hotels I can do that. Here, I couldn't. Also, I did not notice any written instructions or menus in the room outside of the explanation when I initially checked in explaining the usage of things or checkouts etc.... Finally, there is only one elevator for about a 10 story hotel. Outside of these things, it was a pretty good stay for 3 nights staying here for the first time.
