I had an excellent stay here. It was in a great location, a very comfortable apartment, not loud or noisy, perfect for what I wanted. The bed was also comfortable. However, this apartment is good for two people rather than four. There is a futon for two extra people to sleep on, but there is very little floor space to put it anywhere.

My only complaint is that you are not allowed to use the kitchen. A sign says "no cooking (except boiling water)" in 4 different languages. I really wanted to stay in a place with a kitchen so I could make meals, so this was a disappointment. Otherwise, there were no other negative points.

The format of the room I was assigned was better than on the photos - I almost didn't book this place because I didn't like the setup of the room in the photos. Staff were responsive to queries (using "Message the property" on Booking.com). Very clean and well maintained. Good water pressure and no problems with hot water. Sockets on the bed headboard so I could charge my phone and keep it near while sleeping. Slippers placed by the entryway so I could put them on straight away. Towels were nice and soft. The aircon worked well. Wifi was good and I was able to work with no problems. Great location, close to Tenjin station and walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and entertainment.

It was a bit difficult to use the mirror above the bathroom sink while accessing my bathroom things in the cabinet. Bathroom light not great for putting on makeup. I stayed on Friday and Saturday night, and it was quite noisy until the wee hours of the morning. I didn't mind that much as I was still jetlagged and was up anyway, but this place might not be for those who need to get up early for tours and whatnot. I was not fond of the dark brown carpet.

Very spacious for 5 people and strategically located near convenience stores, yatai, shopping malls, and public transports. The property is very clean and well managed. The host response is quite fast.

Need to be clearer regarding the check-in instructions, make sure that guest swipe down the registration tab in order to get the room code. Also, there is a bedroom without a door in my room, which is quite funny.

The location of hotel is good, not far from the subway. There are LAWSON opposite the hotel and 7-11 nearby, surprised SUSHIRO is next 2 doors!! A few minutes walk to the shopping area and favorite restaurants. Very nice place.

The location is great near the convenient stores and many restaurants. Easy to check-in and check-out. 5 minutes by walk from the subway and shopping street. Recommend for those who like the privacy stay.

Very well situated, close to everything. Practical with washing machine and a small kitchen.

We had som issues with the check in, maybe because we had booked two rooms. Managed after a while but had to call to solve it.
