I really enjoyed the hotel in it's entirety. Overall, I think it was one of the better hotels I have stayed in while in Japan. The breakfast buffet was a little lacking but everything was delicious. The room I was initially given did have a great view. Both rooms I stayed in were pristine and comfortable. When I asked to change rooms, they accommodated me.

The only issue I had is that I wasn't made aware of the construction going on outside of the initial room that I booked. Right below the room with the view is ongoing construction that starts around 5am and goes into the night. The first night I slept for only a few hours and was miserable in the morning, but they did change my room for me. This construction is probably in it's infant stages as of writing this, so keep that in mind when booking.

Perfect location for shopping, you have everything within 1 min. distance. It was very clean as it had only been open for about a week, expecially bedding quality was extreamly good. The view from the 19th floor lobby is amazing.

No parking. I have to walk 5~10min. nearby, also there are no place for unloading baggage in front of hotel. If it's your first time visiting, you might have a hard time finding the hotel door. The lobby is on the 19th floor of the building, and the rooms are on the 10th to 18th floors, so to get to the rooms, you have to go to the 19th floor first and then take a different elevator. This can also be a hassle. There is no way to go straight to the rooms.

Great location with a beautiful view and excellent staff. They even offer a lounge which is nice to work in and enjoy complementary drinks.

Rooms are a bit small for this price range.

The Hotel is new open and it was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—co-located with Tenjin Metro Station, and the signage clearly guides you to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it perfect for rest. The reception is located on the 19th floor, and you can take the elevator directly from the station B2 to the 19th floor, then transfer to an internal elevator to reach your room level. Highly recommended for your stay in Fukuoka Tenjin.

Suggestion: The hotel could consider providing a “Clean Room” magnet or another method to let staff know when cleaning is requested.

Newly opened, spacious and well appointed room, direct access to subway, lots of department stores and shops nearby.

Staff seemed not adequately trained. My key card didn’t work when I checked in, only to find out that the staff had given me the wrong room. I went to the lounge in the afternoon and asked the staff to help clear the used cups and plates on the coffee table, but they did nothing and I have to put them aside by myself.

I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

If an on-site onsen is available, this hotel will be more than perfect!

The location above the train station was very useful. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The lobby is on the 19th floor with rooms on the floors below. From the outside, we had to take one elevator to the lobby and then another one to the room. It was fine after we got used to it. The lobby has a beautiful view.

Great breakfast options. Great facilities, location and all the staff are very helpful.
