It was budget friendly the night we were there (about AU$100). The staff were excellent in providing me with a fan because it was too hot to sleep. Room was bigger than we have been used to in Japan (obviously still tiny but had space for suitcases easily and a sitting chair). Short walk to subway and everything we needed.

The central Heating system meant that the room was far too warm for this Aussie to sleep and the in-room unit didn’t do anything. But the staff gave me a pedestal fan and I opened the window and it was absolutely perfect.

For the purpose of my trip the location couldn't have been better. It is not far from Tenjjin station so its location would still be convenient for many travelers. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pre-checkin and post-checkout baggage storage was convenient.

The lobby coffee was mediocre.

The staff members were wonderful and extremely helpful. Have to give a special thanks to Ms. Watanabe?? who helped me change my dinner reservation due to late arrival. She spoke excellent English making communication so much easier, and perfectly helped me arrange to have my dinner reservation with a very busy restaurant changed to the next day.

Would be helpful if more foreign languages speaking staff were available.

The hotel and the room are absolutely clean according to Japanese standard. Its location is also good, not so far from Tenjin station. Tenjin is a great area for food and shopping in Fukuoka city. Stay in Tenjin area is better than stay near Hakata station. You can take a taxi from the hotel to Fukuoka Airport with a cost of around 2,500 yen; it may be the cheapest city in Japan to take a cap from the city area to an international airport.

The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The staff were very helpful and professional. I was able to arrive early and store my bags. The quality was appropriate for the price point.

There was a bit of a smell to the place. I was able to air out my room, but there was an old smoke smell on my floor.

Location is superb. All department store is in a walking distance. Near tenjin subway in 5 mins walk. A lot of restaurant around the place. Room size is a bit small but their bed is so comfy.

There is a night club opposite the hotel. it's very noisy on Friday night. I heard both music and drunker yelling all night even though I close the window.

Great amenities, as a woman i dont have to bring anything to go. Size is ok compare with surrounding hotel. Location is ok not super near the station but just few minutes walk full with restaurants and shopping areas

When i booked it it show carpark, so i booked. Finally the carpark is outside ( not in the hotel ) need to walk around 4 mins but very cheap like $1000 jpy per day so acceptable as well

Location is easy access to the subway with many restaurants in the area.

Room little tight with the bed pushed up against the wall. Since my last time staying here in 2019 it has gotten much more busy so adjusting plans for extending a stay is not as easy. Be sure to plan you stay for the number of days early.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. It is close to eateries and shopping. The bus terminal is also nearby. The staff are helpful. It has washing machines so it’s very convenient.

There is some noise on weekends, otherwise generally quiet. The breakfast is set menu, very simple. You probably find better options outside.

Excellent location for exploring Fukuoka, lots of bars and going out places near the hotel.

Rooms very nice, I'd say basic and can be a little stuffy, but we were there in November so was okay. Might get a little hot in summer.
