The staff were whole heartedly helping the customers. I cannot speak in Japanese. But they were still trying to communicate and explain all the details. The lady staff was very helpful and helped me to arrange taxi to the airport. Although my luggage was super heavy. She helped me to move out to the entrance. Thank you so much for your great help. Easily accessible. 2 mins to Lawson. 5 mins to Shiro. 10 mins to Main Street of Tenjin. The room was quiet and clean. The hair dryer was Refa which was quick dry. The view was nice.

One night some other customers were talking loud in the corridor. The sound isolation was not enough.

Great location near subway stations. Very comforting and spacious room with AC for one person. Amazed at the space provided compared to many places in areas like Tokyo. Have to insert your room key in the slot to enable power. Near a lot of food options and social areas. There is coin laundry which was convenient. Staff were helpful and nice despite my limited knowledge of speaking Japanese.

Room was very comfortable. It also had a business suite desk and nice private restroom. Had all the amenities you needed for your stay. No complaints.

The hotel name was so hard to locate as the hotel name was not in English but in Japanese outside the building. It took a while to locate the property based on images of the location.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room that seems brand new, everything is super clean. All the needed amenities and a fairly silent AC. The hotel is located at walking distance from the busy streets yet the room is very quiet. Friendly staff, quick and easy check inn.

- Clean and big double bed, spacious room. - Good location, under 10 minutes walk to Tenjin Station and underground shopping mall. - Secured, card key was connected to your floor, so prevents unwanted intruders.

- Toilet is too small (it's common in most of the hotels in Japan), difficult to move. - Quilt was too hot.

Near good restaurants and shops, friendly and accommodating staff will to help out

Should tell people about the balcony I was pleasently surprised to find it.

Location is great, just a few minutes walking to Tenjin station and many restaurants. Convenience store just next to the hotel too. The room is comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Overall very nice.
