Very close to the metro, konbini is literally next door. I had a mishap with my luggage and they took care of it for me, contacting the airport etc. and I'm very thankful for that. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, there were toiletries, toothbrush, hairbrush, pajamas and slippers. Maybe the only negative is the noise from the road & streetlights, so if someone needs absolute silence to sleep, they might have a problem staying there. I didn't mind.

The location is convenient. Close to Tenjin train station. Very close to Daimyo shopping area. Restaurant cannot be easier to find around here. Also close to department stores in Tenjin area. 7-11 is right on the ground floor of the hotel. Nissan rent a car is just nearby. We rent a car from Toyota which is also in a walkable distance. Clean room. Room size is a little bid bigger than Japanese average room size. Bathroom is average and same as other hotels I have been in Japan in general. We didn’t expect much though. We left for Yufuin for a night and able to leave luggages there. Staff are nice and able to communicate in English.

Very convenient location. There is a 7-11 in the hotel premise. Yatai stands are just outside the hotel. Restaurants, bars and cafes are within arms reach. Finding food will never be an issue. There is even a healthcare shop just past the cross junction if you need some over the counter medicine, vitamins and hygiene products. Short walk to main Tenjin station. Tenjin station is surrounded by malls, the underpass also has many shops and will also give you access to various other malls. There is always something interesting within arm's reach and will incentivise you to walk over taking the bus in the general area. there is a weighing scale on the first floor and is a life saver with all that shopping you will likely be doing. The counter staff are also very friendly and will be happy to assist you if you need to leave your luggage them should you come earlier that the check in time.

The communal area is fairly barebones, consisting of the coffee machine, microwave, water dispenser and some seats. Nothing wrong with that but it looks very out of place compared to the rest of the hotel. Perhaps it saw little use due to the integrated 7-11 store. My real gripe is the lack of washing facilities in not only the hotel but also the surrounding area. The hotel has no coin washing machines and the nearest laundromat is 3 stops from the nearest bus stop or about a 15-20 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel is right in the life of Fukuoka. The neighborhood has everything you need, from shopping opportunities to restaurants and bars. The room we stayed in was clean, and had a nice homey feeling. Spacious, and with very comfortable beds, it provided everything needed for a few days vacation. Towels, toiletries and blow dryer were neatly ararranged, and skin care products were available upon request at the reception.. All personnel was polite and welcoming, despite our struggles with Japanese. If you rent a car/are on a road trip, the hotel has paid parking for peace of mind. Not far from Fukuoka Airport either. We'll definitely come back.

Location is great: food stall across the road and a short walk to a subway station. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful building, with lovely period features. Love the music that plays throughout. Great buffet breakfast with lovely Noritake plates (amongst others). Comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

NO COIN LAUNDRY. One of the reasons I picked this hotel is because it says in it's description that there is a laundry. There is only a laundry service, no coin laundry. Thankfully, there are several within in walking distance.

Beddings are good, but their double bed is quite small-ish Generally old (definitely needs a renovation; but I am sure that it must have been a fancy hotel in the past and just ages) and a bit funny arrangement in the room - TV blocking the window, which makes the room looking smaller (maybe it is actually smaller than the other hotels where I stayed in Japan)

The hotel is in a strategic location near Tenjin train station n bus station near shops n eateries. There are 4 Yatais near the hotel., There is also a 7-11 connected to the hotel.. The staffs are friendly n helpful. There rooms are clean but a little cramped for 3 paxs . They provide all t necessary amenities shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and comb. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is easy to take a cab from the hotel to the airport.. It is a good hotel will definitely recommend.

If my they have onsen

Great location to walk around Tenjin area. Right next to Nissan rent a car and 7-eleven, and just a minute walk to Sushiro. Staff are very helpful. On the day you want to go to airport, just tell the front staff and they will arrange the taxi for you very quickly.

The room is a bit too small, but understandable since it's located in prime area of Fukuoka. Regarding location, it's a bit far to walk to underground train or bus station.

Stayed here for a week — overall a pleasant experience. Though the room and the bed were a bit small for my liking, they are within the usual Japanese standards. If you are looking for a conveniently-located and affordably-priced hotel, this is a great option!

Awesome location, subway station, restaurants and shopping all packed around the hotel. Everything is within walking distance.

Would have liked to stay in a quiet room. Mine was facing a main road. Also the hallway on the floor I was on was really noisy throughout the night to the wee hours of the morning with people getting off the elevator and talking in the hallway. Awakened a few times by loud voices.
