The location is superb. Just the street behind you get ShinShin ramen, across the street it's Parco and those Yatai stalls and many other stores. The stay itself was good except some of the amenities not too great, namely the toothbrush being too hard and the hair dryer too weak. But their TV allows you to connect to YouTube with your own account. There are 3 washer cum dryer but it's usually a long queue at night, hence do plan ahead if you keen on doing your laundry. There are no mineral water provided in your room, but you can get any groceries or food stuff at the FamilyMart behind the hotel, very convenient. Free welcome sake available at the lobby though. Room is clean and comfortable, Queen room has just enough space to open 2 x 26" luggage, but for Standard Double would be a bit tight in space but still doable.

Weak hair dryer and hard toothbrush. The pillow is too soft and thin. And if can please do provide information to the travelers which exit should they take to get out from Tenjin station that has an escalator or lift, especially those travelers with big luggage would find it troublesome to go through the stairs to reach the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Small, but that's to be expected.

There was no bar/restaurant, but plenty of eateries nearby. The air-conditioning on the second night was very hot and we were told it couldn't be changed, so we turned it off and slept with the window open, which was a bit noisy because it was Friday night.

Location was good. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The room rates during the date checked in were ridiculously high 😟. There was a slight funky smell in the bathroom that also reaches the room if the window is kept closed. Slightly long wait for the elevators as sometimes the elevator arrived full so you have to wait for the next one.

Everything was great in this hotel there was a family mart next to the hotel it was good my favorite part of this hotel was the location it was close to many shopping malls and the subway which made it easier to get around. Over this hotel is great I would love to stay here again. I also loved the bath tub they even have umbrellas we can borrow on a rainy day and it is free. I have to give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing really everything here is just great

The hotel is extremely clean and smells nice. The room may be a little bit small but it is very clean and female-friendly. There are laundry machines, ice machine and a small lounge for hanging out. The breakfast is diverse and delicious!

This was a really nice hotel, in a great location. It’s very close to the subway line, walking distance to walk along the water and some good food and shopping around. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very good and the TV was nice and big. Highly recommend!!

The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries. Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful. Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases.

There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.

Best staff, always smiling and greeting. They were so polite. The property is clean and located perfectly in Tenjin

Located heart of Tenjin. Easy to walk anywhere. Restaurants everywhere. Good value breakfast across street. With voucher only 1000 yen for tasty breakfast
