Great location, clean and comfy. Staff are very friendly, too.

Staff so nice and friendly, Room and toilet are clean. Location near Tenjin station takes around 4-5 minutes walk (Mina exit). And have a housekeeper came to clean everyday ! (You can put do not disturb sign if you don’t want housekeeper clean your room but they will still put a new towel and pajamas in front of your room !)

The location was perfect, close to the Tenjin Shikatetsu and all the shopping center. The check-in and check-out was not complicated too.

The bed and the pillow was too uncomfortable. The breakfast is variety but doesn't taste good at all.

Excellent breakfast. Good location, easy to access public transportation, and very close to supermarkets and duty-free stores. Nice lobby and professional receptionists.

Some low-frequency noise at night from the other end of the street. A trade-off between convenience and sleep quality.

Everything looked exactly like it did in the pictures online. Also, the staff was courteous and very helpful.

The walls were thin, so I could hear the other guests. Also, there was a sound like running water that kept going at night. Not sure what the cause was, but it made it hard to sleep without earplugs.

The location is a little bit far from central of Tenjin 10 minute by walk but near the famous ramen Shin Shin and Familymart. The good thing is you can walk to Aeon mall around 10 minute too and there have a discount food at underground floor at 7-9 pm.

Location & the seafood restaurant attached ( next ) to the hotel - very fresh seafood . We could eat in or take away ( out) anytime

Bed mattress was little hard

All facilities and amenities are useful and comfy. Staff is very good service. Breakfast is so so good:)

Clean with basic necessities. Hotel is also very conveniently located. Just 6 min walk from Tenjin station.

Can get a bit noisy at night if you open the hotel window because there is a night club nearby downstairs.
