Service staff were very helpful in sorting out room arrangements and additional assistance. Ski instructors were passionate and professional.
Resort is a little dated. A few slopes open early in the season. Captive dining options, so do book half board at the very least. Needs more laundry machines.

All the staff at the resort were so helpful, friendly and pleasant. The snowboarding experience was incredible not over crowded. The food at the resort was amazing.
The room was a little hot for us and we were unable to adjust the temperature but the room was upgraded and we could open the windows to let some cool in.

Resort ski hotel, buffet for diner and breakfast really good, staff friendly.
Heater too hot , have to open the window during the night , bed not very confortable. No big deal

The location is great surrounded by beautiful mountains easy access with the free shuttle service! The staff was nice and accommodating. And the room is BIGger than other resorts you usually find in Japan. I really enjoy the sunrise gondola/sunrise skiing the view is amazing definitely worth waking up for!

it is a very good destination. Among the best in Karuizawa. lifts are fast and have good ski-in/out access enjoyed the gondola and the food there is amazing!
maybe longer lift operation time but hopefully after the pandemic i could come back again for more laps

The snow condition is AMAZING!!!!! And it’s not even at the peak of the season! perfect for snowboarding. Short shinkansen ride from Tokyo and they have a free shuttle bus so that’s really helpful. The Check-in process is quick and hygienic.
