The location was great for a trip to Oze National Park and the hotel very easy to see from the road. There were several restaurant options near the hotel as well as a convenience store within walking distance. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of selection. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, too. There's a public bath available to guests that was extremely clean and had long opening hours so you can go at any time that suits you best. From our room, we had a great view of the mountain scape that was gorgeous!

We went on a 3-day weekend, so the hotel was completely booked. There are 4 parking lot locations for the hotel, but they still filled up at night, so we had to park about 5 minutes walk away. However, the hotel did compensate the parking fee, so that was nice. The hotel only has one ice machine, so it was disappointing that it was empty and when the staff was consulted, I was told it "would take quite a long time to refill." So I wasn't able to get any ice for my water bottle before heading out that day. Finally, in the women's public bath, there are only 2 seats for drying your hair after you finish in the bath. I wasn't able to use the mirror or hair dryers as they were occupied the entire time.

This is a popular business hotel chain that offers good value and decent frills for a low price tag. The building is newly constructed, everything is very clean (which is usually the norm in Japan), the breakfast spread is surprisingly larger than usual for a business hotel, there's even a Sento (common bath) to boot. Vending machines for alcoholic/ regular drinks, washing machines/ dryers that are available (and not always occupied), very large parking lot for guests staying overnight, a 4-min walk to the nearest convenience store, plenty of restaurants/ Izakaya pubs in the vicinity, and stable WiFi. This is great value for the per-night rate.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute cab/ bus ride from the nearest train station, JR Numata station. Please note that there are not direct trains from Numata station to the bullet train station, JR Jomo-Kogen station, so a bus is available from near the hotel that takes guests directly to the bullet train station. However, service is not frequent (approx. 1 bus every hour, and less frequent in the afternoon). And, the bus doesn't have dedicated space for luggage. So, best to book a cab to drop you off at JR Jomo-Kogen station. The hotel doesn't offer pick-up/ drop-off service, so for guests arriving in the late hours, you're best advised to pre-book a cab pick-up via the hotel as cabs are very few in the countryside.

My husband was in the local hospital (Tone Central) having had a snowboarding accident. A nurse suggested I stay here and was very pleased I took her advice !! It's a new hotel with very clean, dark, quiet rooms. The toiletries were lovely and I enjoyed the baths. When my husband came out of hospital, the staff gave us extra towels and pillows to help prop him up in bed. There is a great free printing service available, so I could print documents out and take them to the hospital. Laundry facilities were available too. The restaurant is great for dinners with a lot of choice and the breakfast was buffet style. We ended up staying at this accommodation for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I did not like. My only comment is about the location from theTone Central Hospital. It took me 45 minutes to walk to the hospital - I could have taken a taxi but actually enjoyed the peaceful walk.

A really good value stay, exceeded my expectations. The hotel amenities were great, the public bath was an unexpected but welcomed surprise (along with comfortable hotel pyjamas to use and the staff were very helpful with our questions. Car parking was good and the hotel breakfast was well supplied and the free lobby coffee was a really good bonus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were small as expected so there was limited room to place luggage.

What a beautiful hotel! I could relax in the hot spring after arrival and before breakfast! The homemade tofu at breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety of food that I started my work day off in great spirits. The hotel staff was also very helpful in helping me find my way around town.

I had thought the property would be closer to the station. It was quite a hike and late at night so if using public transportation I would certainly recommend taking a taxi or bus from the station.

The room was perfect, clean and met my expectations. The staff there were very helpful and the check in process went really smooth. And of course, very good value for money as this hotel is really cheap compared with others.. Really recommended😃

The breakfast menu was perfect but maybe it would be better with additional variations of fruits in the menu.

Everything is perfect. It ls worth staying. Location is good and has many restaurant nearby. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The room size is quite big comparing to other hotels. One of my friend forgot notebook in the room,hotel tried to send it back to chiba via express. Excellent service.

Onsen inside of the hotel was amazing. Resturant had amazing food for a good price. English menu also available Rooms were super spacious even for the single room. Beds were comfortable and had independent air-conditioning. Staff were super friendly and the guy that checked me in was able to assist with english which made it super easy to check in.

Breakfast mostly Japanese and a bit limited but perfectly good. Onsen crowded - obviously a stop off Hotel used mainly by Japanese workers en-route, but that's what I expected.

The breakfast is nice with good choices.

I asked for two rooms to be close to each other but we were given one room on 10th floor and another on 5th floor.
