The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great(5 min walk from the train station). Overall, it was worth the price and a very nice experience.

The room was quite small, opening a big suitcase in the room was a challenge. The toilet door was uncomfortable to open as it got in the way, and left not much space to move around. Under the bed was quite dirty, (we double checked when we left to make sure we didn't forget anything), but the bed base is very low so it would be quite hard to clean under there.

Friendly staff, very close to the train station 🚉 quiet for a good night sleep, air conditioning cooled the room quickly, water pressure was great.

Not much place to hang out washing to dry, lift sometimes smelt of smoke.

Although the room is a bit small for 2 persons, but it is clean and fhe room facilities are excellent. The hotel provides you with microwave in the room and it is indeed very useful. Convenience store like family mart and seven-11 are close to the hotel. Metro line station also very close, about 10 minutes walking. Will definitely be back once visit Tokyo again someday. Thanks

very clean and the small room has everything including hair dryer, bathroom, TV. the hotel staff (especially an elderly man) are very helpful and offered to let me store my luggage when I arrived early and when I went to claim Mt Takao early next morning after I checked out.

not located in the busy area of Hachioji station(north side), this is located on the south side and you have to walk a very long way to Keio station if you want to go Mt Takao.

Very convenient location in regards to the train station, makes for a great stop-over during travels. Loved the layout with the TV mounted at the foot of the bed~

The sheets were mostly clean but had some questionable marks.

The location is OK. It is located near the station and is suitable for single person living.

If it is possible, I hope hotel can change the elevator to roomcard‘s access control.

The room was comfy and clean, and the location was satisfying even though a bit far from the station IF you have many luggage to walk with.

I had issues with the front desk. I asked for my luggage to be kept for the day (as written on booking) and it was refused. I had to negotiate for my bags to be kept for 2 hours, before I had to put them in paid coin lockers at the station! Because of this situation, I wanted to take a taxi, to transfer my heavy bags. Not speaking the language, I asked the front desk for help. They did not help me except pointing at the taxi telephone (I cannot speak the language, again). I was looking desperate because of a situation they created and they did not help me at all. I felt terrible.

Air Conditioner was good. Good 4K TV. Comfortable bed.

No outside view due to fixed frosted glass. Floor level of the bath room was too high. No breakfast service i.e. no restaurant.
