I am told this is the best hotel in the Hachioji area, and I think it is. They were accommodating with requests, the breakfast was excellent with many choices (Western, Japanese meals), the room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Location was excellent was it was right off the JR Hachioji station, which made it convenient to go to work at the Kita Hachioji area.

The room design was very plain and old style. Hotel needs modernization. Breakfast hours need to be lengthened to start earlier (6:00 am) instead of 7:00 am. I requested for a paper bag and was charged Y100 for it (I think for the amount I spent to stay there, it could have been free).

Friendly and kind staff, help to arrange to send our luggage to the subsequent room booking without us having to go through the trouble of check out and check in. Room is clean, comfortable bed, also provide toiletries. best of all, convenience location - hotel is very near to Hachiochi station just 3 mins away; and 5mins from Keio-Hachioji station, near to Celeo mall and easy accessible to food and restaurant. The bonus point is the Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars decor at hotel level 2.

The location was excellent within very easy walking distance of Hachioji JR Station. I had asked about parking but never received a reply to my email. In the end, this did not matter as we chose to use public transport, but it was disappointing. Breakfast was adequate, but not as extensive as we have enjoyed in Japan. Our room and facilities were clean and tidy. The only isdue was the residual washing powder smell in the bed linen.

A more extensive selection for breafast, for example, that the omelette chef could have also provided fried or poached options and that the additions to the omelette could have been more than just cheese.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the station and very quiet. The hotel is well decorated, the bed is moderately soft and firm, and the curtains are also very light-proof.

What concerns me most is that the alarm clock on the bedside is luminous and it is very bright when I sleep at night.

The location is superb. Near to all the shopping malls and eateries.

Room is facing direct sun in the day, aircon temperature can not be adjusted, and as such, we can't rest in the room during the day.

i love the view from my room!!!! that sunset view ahhhh its to die for. spacious hotel room, things are a little old but clean, the tub fills up water suuper fast!! its near the station and very near restaurants too!!

We liked the location to the station. The breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful.Our breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western foods, which were all lovely.

We can't think of anything we didn't like. Nothing stands out that wasn't good.

it was near to the station and everything was at a walking distance. literally everything .. from mall to restaurants to convenient stores , supermarkets , etc. It is at the most convenient location.

There was no room service for food or other necessary things… for example, I needed scissors and the front desk asked me to come down to take it. That was a little odd.

The location adjacent to Hachioji Station as well as the bus terminals facilitated travelling and shopping. Restaurants abound in the neighborhood and the shopping street is within walking distance.

The room rate and there is no Onsen facility.

It was a business trip for meetings in the Hachioji area. The staff was very friendly and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and spacious when compared to most hotel in Japan. As usual, the amenities in the room was superb. I could do my work in the room as well as it was comfortable and conducive (quiet).
