Three blocks from train station, 5 min and you are on the train platform Mostly a value business hotel Very clean and decent size room (for Japan anyway in this price category, doesn't feel crowded when you get used to it, not like some hotels that jam everything together) Consistent room arrangement and decor as other Toyoku Inn properties Staff speak English well enough and are super nice Individual room heat-pump with remote (need to learn Japanese button labels) You can pay for late check-out, 1000 yen per hour Refrigerator

Every evening the plumbing system would "hiccup" one time very loudly for a minute, loud enough to wake me up if I had fallen asleep early due to jet lag Late evenings going out for a snack you find yourself right in the middle of a tiny red-light district, so you have to tolerate various people standing around on the street. Completely safe, just have to ignore.

Close to the train station & shops. Friendly staff. Room & unit bath is pretty decent size for a business hotel and they are clean. Free breakfast was included. They served several different kinds of rice balls, some bread, soups & drinks and it was delicious!

The only reason why I deducted some points were for my room. I couldn’t reserve a nonsmoking room and my room had a terrible odor from cigarettes. I really wish that they become a non-smoking hotel !

The staff during my stay was VERY HELPFUL and friendly, both of them.. The hotel was a short walk from the Hachioji train station and the neighbourhood is cute.. AND IT HAS SELF PAY WASHER AND DRYER!!!! Important for trips with little/repeated clothing..

The doors and walls a little thin.. but the night sleep was quiet..

Kudos to the female front office staff who checked me in (on 20 Aug around 8pm), your hospitality and friendliness was a great end to my day. Thank you! I also liked that there's a familymart right across the property, so I don't have to sweat on my way getting my night snacks. The room was more spacious than expected, especially the bathroom.

Excellent location, within a short walk to the central district. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly with breakfast included.

parking area is limited. I have to go to the other side before I finally get the parking spot behind the hotel itself.

Really close to Hachioji station. Department stores, Don Quijote, convenience stores and many other shops are near by. Decent breakfast every morning.

It was little sketchy at night around the hotel due to night clubs, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and had in it everything I needed. The bed mattress is firmer than in most Western hotels and that is exactly what I needed to get a good sleep.

Staffs were very polite and helpful. Front office staff were very friendly! Morning breakfast was delicious!
