Thank you for letting me a use an umbrella. I only needed for a couple of hours to go to Ome Kyuryo Parkrun. I worried I might night be in time for check-out time, but the staff was kind and explained in case I needed to extend. Breakfast has lots of varieties. I couldn't eat a lot for running. I was surprised so many people were already there at 06.30 when the breakfast started.

I didn't need a car park ticket for 800 yen for the whole 1 night stay. My friend just dropped me off and parked for only 2 hours. I should have asked only for a couple hours parking. I should have explained properly though.

This was my second stay at Toyoko Inn at Fussa, this time in a single non-smoking room and I liked it much more. The smell is so much nicer and the room was clean as well. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the station, stores and walking distance of so much. Perfect views from the window of Fussa. Can't go wrong with that view. The staff was great. This time around I had to leave a day sooner due to booking a night closer to the airport and the staff assisted with an early check-out. The breakfast is included in the price as well, so that's a nice option if you want breakfast close by. Even with a single room, the room is larger than most other places.

Bed could be more comfortable, a bit hard, but it was okay.

Hotel location was amazing. Right next to the train station, so it's extremely convenient and there is also a family mart right across the road. Seiyu, a grocery store, is on the other side as well. There's so much in the area nearby, it's an amazing spot. The room is big compared to others I've stayed at across Tokyo. The bed was okay, could've been a bit more comfortable. The view is amazing as well! You can see so far, beautiful view of Fussa and the mountains far away. I was even able to extend my stay there for a day longer in the same room, which was great to have that option. The staff were very helpful.

Smoking room really smelled a lot like smoke. I mean, that is more expected but I didn't expect it would be that much. I am not a smoker, but wanted to stay at the location. This isn't the fault of anyone but just a heads up when choosing rooms. Bed could've been a bit more comfortable too, but it was okay!

It was clean and nearby a lot of places (like shopping center, convenience stores, train station, restaurants, and more). The staff was very friendly and nice with excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices to select from. We'll be back again and will tell others about the amazing experience.

It was amazing how clean it was and how friendly the staff was and everything was just convenient and the breakfast was also amazing which added the extra added Factor. Definitely plan on coming back again and definitely we will be recommending others to come

Location to Fussa Station was ideal and a short walk to Yokota Air Base. The room was bigger than other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. Rooms facing the West side have a beautiful view of the mountains and Fuji. They also provide breakfast which was really great.

While close to Fussa station was great you will hear the train coming in. Also noted I could hear humans in other rooms but I'm not a light sleeper. Just something to consider if you are.

Great location, great staff, very secure.

The internet was poor. The staff tried switching the internet to the other room, but it was still poor. Couldn’t really have a meaningful conversation without connection dropping.

Excellent location which is just a minute walk to JR Fussa station, surrounded with lots of local supermarkets and eateries. Simple and good breakfast to start your day.

I thought I booked a non-smoking room but the room unfortunately smelt like smoke. I didn't care for this much but I wasn't staying long so I did not request a room change.

Great location. Nice, efficient staff. Great breakfast with newspapers and coffees, all included. So good value for money. if you don't mind a bit of a train ride out of the centre, I recommend it.
