Came to Tsugaike alone for my snowboard instructor course. Enjoyed my stay in this cozy and quiet guesthouse, it is conveniently located under the "Bell slope", and only a 5 minute walk to the gondola on the other side of resort. The facility is clean and got everything I need especially the public bath and free washing machine which are essential for my long stay. Expect to meet the friendly Japanese family with their English speaking owner. You can choose to be served with homemade breakfast and dinner with variations everyday. Overall it is a good value for my long stay.

Nothing to complain

Walking distance to Tsugaike Kogen and gear rental shops. Futons were thick and comfortable, and there was free coffee and tea for guests to use. Breakfast was also very delicious and well-balanced. Hosts were very kind and helpful, and even gave us a ride to the nearby bus stop to help with our bags.

The location is very good, quite near the entrance of the ski filed. And the room is nice, quiet, clean, and warm, I slept very well here. Bathroom is good too, water is warm. Breakfast was delicious. Very good stay and I will come next time.

nothing to complain. Maybe if you need a private bathroom, you will not consider this hotel. And one thing to remind is that the dinner should be preserved.

Great location, less than 5mins walk to gondola. Love the breakfast and shared hot tub. Drying area to keep the equipments and has a workstation to do your board waxing etc. Great heating

we love it! it's squeaky clean and so comfy. really feels like a local. the staff is so effective, they even let us in for an early check in. it's a lovely stay!

We liked how traditional it was. The location was perfect for the Tsugaike ski resort gondola and Spicy Rentals for skis. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

The location is super close to the slope as well as the shuttle bus station. Staff are very friendly, making me feel like at home. Meals are traditional Japanese food which is tasty.
