After finding our bearings we found the location good. Having drink machines in the lobby with other usual motel supplies was good, scrunchies were a bonus. The reading space on 1F was practical and breakfast at 800JPY was excellent value. The rooms were very hot but staff gave us keys for the window which was great. It seems business people use this motel.

There are a number of key tests for us, can we open both suitcases and leave them open, this was difficult. Space between the two beds is a good indicator in this case barely 30 cm. Noise at night, can we sleep, in this case we were near the staff storage area and every now and again loud scraping noises/ bangs could be heard. Google Maps was confused when we tried to navigate from Hamamatsu station to the motel. Too many levels at station. The entrace decor is dreadfull, all black, but some may love it.

The rooms were fairly large for Japanese standards. The elevator on my floor seemed to magically know when I was approaching it (there's probably some sensor somewhere). There's a drink bar next to the reception desk - but I didn't use it so I can't give an opinion about the quality, but it's a nice gesture.

If the bar on which the curtain in the shower is hanging should have been placed maybe 10 cm further away from the wall. This way the shower would be much more convenient to use for larger/taller people (I'm 185cm myself). Currently it's still ok (not even small for Japanese standard), but the comfort would gain a lot from this measure (seen it in other hotels). The ceiling height of the bathroom is perfectly fine for someone my height. There was a single black hair in the bathroom (not mine) - but aside from that everything was really spotless, so it was probably from the cleaning staff -> no issue for me.

Very large, clean room with best in- room facilities we had in Japan. Even had a massage chair and an oversized spa bath. Plenty of small touch extras as well. Staff super friendly and efficient. Location excellent. A short stroll to numerous dining options and a bit over 10 mins walk to rail station.

Basic but enough breakfast.

Insane value for money, close to the station, wonderful reception staff. Welcome drinks are appreciated. You can grab a little shopping basket and fill it with products to bring to your room, which is very cute. Also seems to have an anime fan corner of some sort in the reception, which I thought was cute.

The staff was able to answer my question and willing to help me call the next homestay owner to send luggage to the next station. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family,because the staff is very nice and helpful.

The room too hot and not able to adjust it until I can't sleep well.

Well priced hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff. Easy walk to the railway station. Everything needed was supplied and there's a laundromat for you to use.

The room was a little stuffy but the helpful staff provided me with handles to open the window which solved that problem.

It was an excellent place to stay. The room was spacious and affordable. It had a good location, close to the Shinkansen station. The staff was very friendly. I only stayed for two days, but it was a great place overall.

I liked the courteous staff. The facilities were great as well, given that the hotel has vending machines that you can use as well, with drinks also being available on the first floor near the reception. Breakfast was decent with the traditional Japanese style breakfast being available. The hotel is not too far from the main train station which is always a bonus.

Thanks for the upgrade! It was excellent room; very clean, enough size and luxurious furnitures. Breakfast was also nice, there are many choices and good taste.

There is no store around the hotel. It takes 7 or 8 min by slow walking to reach nearest store. But, in case any one comes to the hotel by a car, it's convenient location.

Great location. Great service and love to have free soda and Great coffee as welcome drinks 24 hours. Comfort bed though.

The room a bit old and small. Not enough room for a big luggage. Breakfast was not quite good in terms of varieties and not delicious.
