Beautifully maintained rooms and so nice location, 3 min from the station (Chita Handa) and 1 min from a big supermarket. Staffs are so polite and supportive. I recommend the nice view from the spa.

The location is very convenient, few minutes walk from the station. The facility is good, the public bath located on the top floor is nice and make you relax

If you choose smoking room, the room smells so much that it is bit hard to sleep and and also the bed is not very comfy as much as it is advertised.

Staff were patient, facilities were really good, Sauna and spa on roof top afforded views of the city. Very comfortable, breakfast to write home about.

The front doors make it look like it's always closed.

Off street parking was readily available around the hotel. The bath at the roof top was nice.

There was only 1 lift for 11 floors. The toilets were small.

they have map on the table which what kind of restaurants around the hotel was very helpful. and stuff was always smile and also very kind. if I have a chance to go to Handa area, definitely stay this hotel again.
