I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to the finer details and the hotel seemed to have an old world maritime-aerial theme. Quite appropriate for an Airport hotel situated on a small manmade island, in the Ise Bay of Tokoname city. The front of house girls were extra helpful and we met a very lovely bartender, during happy hour, who again gave me some peace in knowing there are some lovely souls out there, just doing their job but are just as curious as a visitor is to get to know more about the world. Her professionalism and ease of conversation in what must be a second or third language was just the perfect note to finish our holiday in Japan. Plus the perfect kickoff to our mini stay at Singapore on our way home to Sydney.

I cannot find a fault.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The property was walking distance from the airport. We chose this property because we had a late arrival in Nagoya and didn’t want to deal with having to ride the train tired and with luggage. It was perfect. We walked over from the airport, checked in, and slept like babies. The property was impressively beautiful too. Like the young people say, it was “giving” upscale industrial hangar vibes. The small details we nice too. The body wash smelled good and the disposal wash towels were speckled black and white to match black and white theme of the bathroom.

It's a short trip (4 days). So we choose to stay in Tokoname for shopping in Aeon and Costco, visiting Toyohama Sea Bream Festival. Hotel provides delicious breakfast, service crews are nice, facilities are good. We enjoy that stay a lot.

The only thing that I can complain is the Pillow. I didn't sleep well because the pillow is not comfortable to me.

I booked a Junior Suite and I have to say the room was perfect. The room was big, bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable and the toilet and bathtub is fantastic. The view is of course outstanding and you get a perfect view of the sea line. The reception staff was extremely friendly and speaks good English. They also offer a shuttle bus from the hotel and the bus driver is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, very glad that I've chose this hotel.

While I did not deduct the review score for these, it might be important for other fellow travelers. Breakfast - There's a really good spread of food from Western to Japanese but would have loved some made-to-order items such as eggs that is served in other Marriot hotels in Japan. Location - It's relatively far from the departure terminal where the shops and food locations are, roughly 1km according to my watch. While there is a shuttle bus, it doesn't operate during the afternoon periods till 4pm.

The room size is just nice and clean.

I didn’t like the A/C Remote Control light and the curtain is not fully closed as there are still some lights coming through during morning. The Marriott Bonvoy App is not allowed to book for long stay such as 16 nights as response “no room available”. Please fix this asap.

Clean and well designed. Like the bathroom size with the bathtub and nice scented bath essentials like the shampoo and soap. Lovely view in the breakfast area in the morning as it faces the sea.

Needed to walk to get to shuttle bus but as it was dark and cold, we ended up walking to the hotel instead of waiting for the free shuttle. It’s not too far from the airport though.

Breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. Room was well designed and we loved the bar at the entrance.

Shuttle bus from the terminal was confusing and not easy to find. Location is not directly connected with the airport and it is not ideal if you have luggage or with kids.

Very convenient place, nice arrangement for raining nights. Super helpful and friendly staffs. Far exceed our understanding on airport hotels service. Very tidy and stylish room, they gave a perfect start of our couples vacation.

It will be perfect if the shuttle can take a round trip to the terminal 2.

The room was bigger than expected, and the staff were very friendly. They went extra miles to explain directions when I asked them. They also offered a bus to the airport, and the driver was very sweet.

I didn’t catch the last bus when I checked in, so I had to walk from the airport to the hotel, and the walking path was not very convenient, especially when I had large luggages.

Very good location, not the nearest hotel at the airport but with the shuttle bus service , this is a very good choice

The shuttle bus was not at the airport as scheduled as it is a small airport, we waited more than 30 minutes at the meeting point after return the rented car bus no bus so we just walked back to the hotel, it was not far but it’s cold and windy
