Stayed with family which included a preschooler, in one of the Japanese style twin rooms. Bookings weren't the easiest to get (I think multiple groups cycle in and out as a final destination before heading to the airport) but I'm glad we did! Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Room was large and comfortable (minor inconvenience of having to take off your shoes at the lift landing rather than at your room). Easy access to the airport (even the local trains weren't crowded in that direction in the morning and we had no trouble going in with our luggage), and to the tiny and beautiful cafes of the Pottery Footpath locale! Aeon mall was one stop (or a short walk) away.

Don't expect too much for the breakfast. It's ok, not spectacular.

Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.

The breakfast selection was more chinese and the selection wasn't as good as I had expected. The furnishings were a bit old. But otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

Room is surprisingly spacious, same goes to its bathroom. Its beds are really wide. Furniture looks a bit dated but clean. WiFi is good, and there's ample electrical outlets. Friendly staff at the reception. Its rooftop has a great view of the surrounding area. It's nice that we can soak at its artificial hot spring, and enjoy its massage chair plus free ice-cream. There's a convenience store opposite. It's only a 3 mins' walk to Tokoname Station, some restaurants around it, and a supermarket where we bought a lot of stuff before leaving Japan the next day. The pottery village is not far away on foot, and it's a train stop away to Aeon Mall. The main reason staying here is the close proximity to the airport, its rate is quite value for money compared to those next to the airport.

Room's lighting is quite dim at night, maybe a bigger portable lamp might help. Need to switch on the humidifier to disperse some foul smell.

This hotel was the perfect option for an overnight stay after a flight to Centreair airport. Only 1 train stop away from the airport, and within a couple of minutes walk from the train station, this was perfect with luggage. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, and provided a warm welcome with a small amount of English. The room itself was very large by business hotel standards, and was impeccably clean. For the price I could not be happier.

Nothing. The area around the hotel is not very touristy, aside from the historical pottery district which is a few minutes walk away. Not many restaurants in the area, but there is a Dailymart at the train station and a Lawsons directly across the street.

Great stopover spot if travelling from Tokyo to Osaka or vice versa by car. The interiors keep the charm of the late 20th century and the rooms felt relatively spacious. The breakfast was reasonable and the amenities provided were adequate. The wifi speed was the fastest I have experienced.

8min drive to International Airport. Clean and Large room good for packing before your departure flight. Comfortable bed. Large onsen but not using natural hot spring water.

Facility a little dated.

The staff was super friendly and helpful when I spoke in English and needed to drop off baggage before checking in. The location was super convenient.

Couldn't see much from the room through the window; the window wasn't clear

The hotel is super close from Tokoname station. Easy to get food at restaurant and konbini as well. The room is clean, neat, and quite spacious. They also have private onsen, with free ice cream, and also massage chair! Super!

we did not order breakfast but the location was very close to the train station short walking distance to take train to Centair Intl Airport.

Osen not so good. surrounding not many food restaurant.

I like that the staff is so friendly and Approachable. Even to foreign people or Japanese. They treat them equally. 👌 I also like that the Hotel is 24hrs open. They also have a Massage chair at the Basement Floor and you can use it for Free! The morning buffet was so also delicious. Also I like that the hotel is near the station.

Well, for me I Just don't like that the hotel is far from the Beach 😅
