Stayed here with family and a small child in order to catch a flight early the next morning. Location didn't disappoint - it's across from the international terminal connected by a covered bridge. However be warned that the bridge is open to air (via the boat quay at its end) and can still be subject to the prevalent temperatures. The staff were excellent, proactively showing us discount coupons which we could use in the airport during dinner hours, and helping us when we encountered hiccups with our check in process. The Queen Room was big and there was enough space to do a final pack of our luggage.

Perfect stay for an early flight the next day. It was raining the morning we flew out but the direct covered walkway to the airport terminal made everything super easy (esp with all our luggages). We arrived late at night and could still find a Chinese restaurant open at the airport (only 5mins walk). I forgot some items in the fridge and contacted the staff, they were very kind to send me the forgotten items very quickly.

Furniture were a bit dated, but nothing too bad.

We had an early flight, so we decided to spend the night at a hotel at the airport. This hotel totally met this need, as it's a short walking distance from the Access Plaza, covered all the way. It also provided breakfast that starts at 6am, so we could have the breakfast before checking out. The room is of a reasonable size for two. The security was good, where you need the access card to use the lift.

The wifi at L6 was very intermittent, and the most disappointing for our trip at all the places we stayed at. The access card didn't work for the Fitness Room, and when I asked the frontdesk, the staff went with me to check it to prove it, and then I was told to get help when I needed it. Another customer couldn't use her card for the lift. They need to improve on the card activation system, which can be an annoyance. The pillow was too flat.

The hotel offers unbeatable convenience, being just a short stroll of under five minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is absolutely delightful, complemented by a nice view—definitely a perfect way to start the day!

The hotel experience was impacted by cramped elevators, making it challenging to maneuver luggage carts, and the hallway had an unpleasant odour, likely from its proximity to the sea.

It is a good hotel to saty overnight and have a shopping at the airport in the next morning before taking a flight back home. It's located just around 300m from the airport with a lift and a flat floor for us to easily roll our big baggage. The room size is quiet good for 2 with adequate facilities and amenities. The room cleaniless is not the best but still OK less odor inside. The breakfast is quite good with variety to choose and overall hotel staffs are great service mind who's always willing to help us.

The very soft bed we have in our room which do not make us sleep well, The view from our room which is a parking lot. We travel with kids in group of family but our 5 rooms were splitted to 3 floors which is not prefferable even we have make a request to the hotel for all rooms to be on the same floor since the bookiung and remind them for 1 months before check in.

Not a big concern but need to pay toll every time we drive out even to nearby Tokoname Aeon Mall. This is basically an airport hotel, not for long stay to visit Nagoya.

The hotel is amazingly located to the airport - to which it is connected by a suspended passageway. Super-convenient for early-morning or late-night flights. Could not have breakfast but promptly got packaged food instead. The views are great, the airport terminal has shops and restaurants within easy reach. The rooms are big and clean, all necessary amenities available. Would stay again anytime and do recommend heartily.

Staff were friendly and very responsive. Requested towels delivered promptly. Parking was convenient. Location is ideal for airport departure and affords all-enclosed walking access to airport and train terminals. Cheaper than Centrair Hotel that I've used a few times. Included breakfast is ok and very basic, like other Comfort hotels.

10 am checkout. I'd thought with online booking it would at least be 11. They do allow later but with pro-rata charge

Great location for an early flight out of Chubu

My only complaint is that my daughter (who lives in Japan) was told she couldn't come up to my room with me. I was leaving the next morning and we had some time before she had to head home to Tahara and we wanted to just hang out in my room. We were finally told she could come up "for five minues". Silly rule.

Excellent location with direct connection with the airport, helpful staffs to help me with check-in, the room was larger than expected, wide selection in the buffet breakfast, I stay dry on a rainy day for my flight home. Last but not lease, great price !

The tap on the sink in the bathroom is the old-twist type which is very difficult to turn on with soapy hands.
