Love the well equipped Cabin with carpark next to it. Room include private bath, toilet, fridge with freezer and microwave. Ideal for a night rest before and after a flight.

The free frozen meal didn't taste that good after warm up in microwave but could be useful for those arrive late and needed a quick fix. Need to climb up some steps to get into the cabin. Will be inconvenient for those with big luggages.

One of the reasons I chose it was because it was a great concept, very well executed; i.e. rooms inside shipping containers. It was well executed and thus had the feel of a hip, modern, stylish, industrial property. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, sweet shops, the beach, the train station, and the lovely part of Tokoname that is filled with pottery studios, and ceramic-themed cafes and shops - and the giant Maneki Neko. I loved Tokoname and definitely had a couple of "Can I get a job and live here?" moments. Wished I'd had more time there.

I like the room. It’s comfortable. It’s near the Tokoname Station… and Chubu Centrair International Airport. Aeon mall and costco are also nearby. You have to walk though or call a taxi coz it’ll take like 15 mins walk to the station.

No taxi sometimes, you need to call them or ask the hotel staff to call them.

Had a lot of amenities- massage chair in the room, kettle, toiletries. Free dinner included that you could choose from the freezer (ready meal) and coffee.

Good location for us as we needed a night where it was easy to access the airport. Otherwise, not much nearby and nearest shop a 7-10min walk away.

No breakfast but there was a free frozen meal that came with the room. It was surprisingly delicious. We had the bulgogi fried rice and mentaiko spaghetti.

The coin washing machine everywhere isn't great. With technology like Japan, wish that they could get better coin washing machines & dryer. Also staff couldn't speak English so would have been great to have some English speaking staff.

Clean and sufficiently big enough for 2 people if you don't leave your luggage opened. Attached bathroom and toilet is great. Free snack is a bonus. Perfect for a night stay before an early flight.

No lounge area to sit and talk with friends.

Tokoname lacks in restaurants and other amenities/stores although we found a very nice lunch restaurant on the pottery walk. It is a bit far from R9 though. The container hotel is not fancy or spacious but is unusual (I don’t know if any in the US).

Would be nice to have tables outside.

Because each room is completely isolated from its neighboring rooms, customers can practically relax.

It has not easy to find the main entrance of the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and very close the the airport.

When using google maps, it directed me to walk through a private parking lot. I had to find a different way.

The room was clean and spacious. It has everything I needed for my trip. The parking is free of charge.
