We were travelling by bike from Toyama and Himi was our overnight stay. The onsen is rustic but very good in outdoor area. Plenty of minerals to colour water and overall was very clean. The staff were very helpful in storing our bikes and answering our questions about minerals in onsen (one of us is a keen chemist!). Great service.

One elevator is typical of an old hotel so use the stairs perhaps at peak times eg. At check in, onsen busy time, or nearing dinner. The decor is dated, but it is still functional.

Breakfast was on par with the other Route inns I have stayed at. This seems to be a newer Route Inn. Everything was a little bit bigger. It was a very hot day, too hot to leave the hotel to get some thing to eat. I ate at the hotel and was surprised how good it was! Going to eat dinner there in the future.

I hated the new clothes washer and dryer. It took 2 hours for a completed cycle. The old washer and dryer took an hour. Sometimes progress isn’t that fulfilling.

The breakfast had good variety. It was just okay. All the staff were extremely friendly to us. This hotel was such a good price, my sons and I each got our own room to be apart for one night of travel. The room is small but had good amenities. It is near a laundromat and a 7-11 which was perfect and I like the town of Himi, it was very peaceful.

Great location and rooms are large for Japan hotels. Tried the public bath and it was relaxing. Himi is a nice area quiet and away from the bustle of the city. Would definitely stay again

The Onsen is out of my expectation. The plum wine is super yummy which served in the Onsen area.

It's far away from the tourist spot. It's 30 mins walk away. bus is not frequent and not accurate from the timetable. Suggest towels supplying in the Onsen area.

Great location about 1kilometer from Toyama Bay. Also close to Himi Kita Ic so its a great place to stay if your headed to Noto pennsula. Breakfast was good and nice Onsen as well. Good stay for the evening after a long day driving.
