Host speaks English and was very helpful, providing a lot of information about the facilities and the surrounding area.

I found it a bit weird that the room has a camera and the washroom too (not the toilets / showers but still). As the bedroom has beds with a lot of space, you can easily change with comfort without needing to be outside your “box”. But still weird to know there’s a camera pointing at you while driving you are outside the box in the shared bedroom space. About the beds above, I think those aren’t easy to reach, and while most people probably can, I would advise older people with lower mobility to ask for a bottom bunk bed or choose a more accessible hostel.

The owner was incredible, he was the most amazing host I had ever at an hostel! The beds were quite comfy and if you need another pillow he’ll offer you one! The towels are multi time use when paying one time 100 yen throughout your entire stay, I was there for almost four days and it was fun! I cooked food at the kitchen and shared it with the host too, he absolutely loved it! If you’re an international traveler, make sure to stop here!

There’s nothing, the best place of stay ever!

It is very close to station, about 7min walk. The beds were were very comfy and staff spoke both Enlgish and Japanese. There is also free coffee and tea in the morning with a V60 at service.

Check in times were 4pm to 9pm but the door was locked at other times with nobody to let someone in in case you arrived early. It is possible to arrange access earlier to leave stuff before the check in however it is unlikely to happen at short notice if plans change.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great deals on many restaurants and great recommendations! Spacious, clean and modern. Easy access from the station. Has some groceries and stuff for sale to avoid going outside.

Nothing major. If I had to nitpick: It’s one big dorm with around 20 beds so it has its ups and downs (but people were respectful when I was there). Only one toilet (but multiple bathrooms).

Such a nice place to stay in! The staff is so nice and really keen to give you advice about the area. I highly recommend the hostel which is very clean and comfortable. And on top of that, it's close to the bus/train station !

Located close to the station as well as restaurants. The staff was welcoming and through, he spoke great English and was fun to chat with. The facilities were clean and well equipped, the bed was thick and probably the most comfortable futon I have slept on in Japan.

It did get a bit warm in the cubicle, having a fan or better ventilation would take a great stay to an expectational level. Having a dimmer switch on the light in the cubicle would also be a wonderful addition.

Super clean, quiet, well equipped common room with books and drip coffee, super comfy bed, good location near the station and eateries. No frills and super easy accommodation.

I like everything. The staff is very kind, and give great suggestion. They are very chill and open to help you. The general vibe is super nice. Bed were very comfortable!. I loved it!

Everything was perfect

The staff is nice and helpful. Dormitory bed is chose, but the shared room is spacious than other hostels. Also, the bed is comfortable. The common area is well decorated and you can talk with the room rate. read various magazines about hiking and Japanese comics~~
