The interior (lobby area) had a Hawaii atmosphere. The hotel had a large souvenir shop, with snacks and drinks. We had half board included, and had a nice meal in the evening including drinks. The kids got a kids meal plate. We tried the sand-bath at the hotel, nice experience. For us it was included in the price. It was raining, but we still used the outdoors pool. The rooms had comfortable sleeping mattresses (on the floor) instead of hard futons. It was very OK altogether.

Fantastic retro style hotel. Lovely staff, great rooms, delicious breakfast buffet. We did the supplemental sand baths which I'd highly recommend to anyone. Gorgeous views and great price. Would 100% come back and stay again.

The pool wasn’t full but that was probably because it was early spring and the weather was still a little chilly.

We like the dinner arrangement the most, and the public onsen bath was a good experience!

Two things could be better: the onsite hot sand spa was just a novelty and not too hot, could improve the experience to be more unique and memorable; the hotel looked dated.

The room was very old, stains on the floor and curtains. It looked way too dated and it is badly in need of renovation.
