relatively new and modern hotel. full size bathtub. i dont care if it was a love hotel but it definitely look like a good business hotel now. unfortunately its check out time was so early at 10am. probably the only hotel ive been around the world that check out this early and that's why i minus 2 point out of the 10 if you are renting a private car, end your trip with this hotel if your flight is on the next day. you can save money and all the hectic airport transfer.

We got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The hotel provided a lot of amenities, so we didn't need to bring any toiletries. It was also a 10 minute walk from the airport, which was fantastic for our early flight.

The shower room was freezing and the hot water was limited. There was also only one window that was tucked behind a hard panel to keep in the heat as the window wasn't insulated at all.

It is located at 10 minutes walking distance to the airport, and yes, you can enter by walking. Everything was very organized and clean. Check in-out is done through a machine, so no staff, but it worked perfectly. Recommended if you need to take an early flight from Itami airport.

Air conditioning isntructions were too complex, but after thinkering around, it worked.

Walking distance to Itami Airport which was convenient due to our flight the next day. Very clean and newly renovated rooms.

No staff at reception; check-in/check-out via machines; i found the lobby and halls a bit dark ang gloomy; it would be nice to have a bright and cheerful hallways as the place was really small.

The no-staff check-in process went amazingly smoothly, and I appreciated having a phone number for backup in case something went wrong. The rooms were much more spacious than we had expected at the price point, and we really appreciated the little gift pack with skin care products, toothbrushes, etc.

A member of staff helped with the computerised check in. The room was large and clean - good for an airport stop off. A 7/11 was pretty well next door. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the airport, so we managed this with our cases. We got a taxi to Itami Sky park (and found a bus back) which was a brilliant plane viewing point - but take mossy repellant!

Very convenient for Itami Airport (5 minutes easy walk). Gave us a free upgrade on our room because a better room was available. 7-11 1 minute away. Room was large, well-appointed and very clean.

No bars or restaurants in the area. Automated check worked fine but I’d prefer to check in with a human.

Can walk easily from hotel. Check in was by a machine, their was no check in staff, but I didn't have any issues checking in, even in English. The room was Large compared to most places I stayed in Japan, the free amenities in the room were nice touches! The room was also extremely clean!

Lobby had a cigarette smell, but that was the only complaint I really had.

Good hotel next to Itami Airport. There is no reception etc. personel, still everything worked very well. I can recommed. Big room, big bathroom and clean. We slept very well.

AC was keeping lot of voice and the keyboard was not in english

Room size was satisfactory.

There is only one power line near the bed. And if you want to use the kettle you have to put it on the floor because this is how you can connect power. We chose the hotel as Airport Hotel but still we had to take a taxi to the airport because the hotel does not have a shuttle. And since they called the taxi for 7:10 instead of 7:30 I had to pay a lot (because of waiting fee) for such a short distance. And it is not near the public transport as well. You have to walk quite a distance for train.
