Breakfast was good: eggs, wiener, bread. The rooms are good. Clean, Functional. Location to railway station, restaurants, convenience stores & proximity to Shin Osaka station (2 stops) is great. Staff were excellent. Very helpful. They provided scales so we could weigh our luggage before going to airport. Some staff spoke great English. The rooms were quiet & comfortable. We always choose to stay at Sunny Stone for convenient location & value for money.

We have had the Japanese breakfast option on previous trips and despite loving Japanese food, would not recommend like this option. You are limited to one drink with Japanese option. Western option has far more variety & flexibility. We are tall gaijin; a little too tall for the showers (head touching the ceiling) and too long for the bed if it is positioned between walls. The main hotel rooms are better than the Annex rooms. But we were still very happy. Its good value

Very central location close to subway, grocery, combinis and a few minutes walk to Shin Osaka

Staff would not hold my small luggage for 5 days despite coming back to stay

The convenient location, it's just 2 minutes to Esaka station, which you can easily access to many attraction locations in Osaka. Many shopping shop around where you can enjoy tax free like Uniqlo, Tokyu Hands, Drug store, many restaurants for your various choices of meals. I love the hotel.

Good price but limited choice for the western breakfast

Hotel is older and plain however it is clean.

The location is best, just next to Esaka station (Osaka Metro). The staffs are friendly & helpful, they allowed us to place our luggage after check out, so we no need to look for coin locker.

Cleaning people entered our room without permission, elevator doors closed very quickly, staff spoke poor English
