As a guest, i liked that they separated me from other guests as much as possible. This allowed for more privacy and not having to worry about making too much noise when coming back late to the property. The cleanliness is commendable and there were always fresh sheets, towels and sleep wear folded neatly on a daily basis. There was never a moment i had to worry about the hygiene of the place. It isn’t very near the centre of Osaka so if you’re looking for somewhere 1-2 stops from a station like Namba or Umeda then i suggest you go elsewhere. If you’re not bothered about travelling to the city centre then i highly recommend this place. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and could speak decent english.
1. The locker provided was too small. I own an Osprey Xenith 75 back pack and there was no way it could fit in there while i was out exploring. You either bring it downstairs daily to the baggage holding area (where it can be chained up) or simply leave it at the entrance to your capsule like me. Note: this was not a red flag for me. 2. No slippers were provided during my stay. It is a shoe-free property. You have to purchase slippers if you do not want to be walking around barefooted. Could’ve at least thrown in those cheap white hotel slippers FOC for the price paid. Note: also not a red flag, just a -1.

It's very clean and comfortable enough, very easy to check in and very safe. The staff is really kind and helping, I had interaction with two members, and they had perfect English. I didn't use the public bath for men, but I guess it must be very nice. The location is perfect, especially if you take the bullet train (Shinkansen)
It's a capsule hotel, so of course, noise levels can vary depending on your luck with other guests. In the breakfast room, there was only a drink vending machine. I wished there had been food options to purchase. There was a counter, but it wasn’t open around 9 a.m.

- Just across the street from a transit station, connecting directly to both Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station. - Excellent price (was about $60 per night). - Common areas (e.g. lounge and bathroom) were very clean.
- There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke from the smoking room on the first floor. This wasn't a huge issue for me but if you're sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, it could be a problem.

We were able to drop off our luggage before checking in. The locker area is narrow but the lockers themselves fit my carry-on luggage, my day pack, and a travel bag I was using for souvenirs. I loved the privacy of the women's area from the mens. I stayed there for 2 nights in September. There weren't many people checked in so it was very easy to share the space with others, but I can see how it could be difficult with more people checked in. When I stayed there, there were approx. 10 women other than myself. The place is very clean and you receive towels and some sleepwear which is very convenient. Since I stayed there 2 consecutive nights, they provided new towels and sleepwear as well for my second night. You do need to leave the place between 10am-3pm since that's when they clean, that that wasn't a problem for me, since I'd be out for most of the day anyways. The women's area had a restrooms, showers (enclosed and with a little area that you can dress before stepping out), 6 sinks, and a washing machine. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even lotion. I think the best thing about the place is that is right across the street from the train station. Super convenient to grab 7Eleven or McDonalds and then head about your day,
If you stay in a bit into the morning, or in the early evening, the sleeping capsules can get quite warm. But they make it cooler when its around sleeping time. I did not get hot during the night.

One of the cleanest and most well-maintained Capsule Hotels I've ever stay at. The facilities were top notch with a public sauna and private shower options. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. They provide excellent casual wear for your stay. The staff couldn't speak English very well, but that's my fault for not knowing enough Japanese. This is, of course, Japan. Despite my lacking of language skills they were very patient with me and understanding. Always polite and enjoyable to interact with.
No pockets on the pants. To my knowledge though most casual wear for sauna's/capsule hotels don't have pockets. So again that's more of a me thing since I'm American. Honestly it's the only complaint I could think of as everything else was so great.

It was my first time in a capsule hotel and the staff was very accommodating and are able to answer all questions and guide me through my stay. Toiletries can be found in the lobby and they have a lounge area for your stay. They have a small in-house onsen but it's for male only. Self-service laundry is also available. Location is also great. There's a convenience store right across the street and the train is nearby.
It's a little bit cramped in the common locker area where you place your small bags and items. It's quite narrow but it's still manageable as not a lot of people stay there anyway. Capsule is also not cold enough because the air conditioner is centralized. Pillows are hard and stiff too for foreigners.

Very clean, friendly staff and convenient location for shin osaka station for the shinkansen. Showers were good with all toiletries provided including facial cleanser, cream etc. People staying were quiet and it felt very secure. Was good to experience a different type of accommodation and good value for money.
Due to male / female separation my partner and I had to stay on different floors but knew this when booking. Limited places around for food or drink outside of the station. Mattresses quite hard.

It was very clean, all the amenities and the friendliest staff. My friends and I had a great time. 1 x female and 2x male rooms. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and i managed to sleep very well.
The women didn't have hot baths, just showers. But everything else was fine. My friend said that the men needed better soundproofing, since the snoring was loud

The location was very conveinient, being only a couple minutes walk from the train station and right next to fast food joints. I especially liked using the public bath house as it seemed very clean and I liked the pyjamas that were provided each night.
The only inconvenience I can think of is that if you have big luggage with you, you had to keep it in the lobby area which is a bit annoying if you need to put things in or take items out.

The value for the money is excellent. The facilities are clean and convenient, and subway station is right outside. Great affordable food places right around the corner, event for weekend morning meals. For a capsule hotel, this is really good choice. The area is lively at night but not a party zone. Core downtown attractions are only about 15-20 minutes via subway.
