It is super functional (it has everything and really well organized) and so close to the train station of Shin-Osaka (really 3 minutes away)! If you bought a JR Pass it’s really convenient because a lot of JR train at this station (for metro you have to buy separate tickets). The communication with the host is easy. There’s a space in lobby to leave your luggage the day of check-out.

Be aware that on a 10 days stay, the cleaning is done on the 4th day and that’s it (my daughter lost her silk bonnet for the night because we did not know that and we have not tidied the apartment for housecleaning).

The location was the best! It took 5mins to walk from Shin-Osaka station over (very important point cause we came with 3 big luggages) + a yamato joint just 2mins walk away (to deliver luggages to our next location). The rooms were roomy and we can open 2 luggues, have space to eat supper and it came with a washing machine so we did some laundry too.

The ceiling were too low as we took the double bunk bed room. My kid/teen were constantly hitting their heads on the ceiling while climbing up or even just sitting on the upper deck. There isn't any reception so sometimes have to wait awhile for the response or reply, and you cannot leave luggages if you are planning to walk around abit before your flight (just use the lockers at the train station).

Very convenient for big family/with kids travelers. The hotel is essentially a standard japanese flat that gives you more room than classic hotels. Washing machine and kitchen were one of selling points for us. Area is super quiet, which I didn’t expect given location close to big Jr/Shinkansen station. My son was happy about projector as well.

Check in was bit confusing, but we figured it out. I also thought cleanliness of the room could be improved, some dust here and there. I read other reviews, people complaining about bad soundproof, but it’s actually not the case.. You can feel/hear if people above you move furniture or stepping hard, but there was absolutely no voice coming through

Equipment: all in Japanese and required to open the apartment’s website guideline for translation everytime. Equipment malfunction: including desk’s lamp, projector’s speaker with broken sound, hot water (bath) sometimes turn from hot to cold.

I like how modern the hotel is without staff at the reception desk. Everything is remotely controled. It is very suitable for family stay. This time I traveled alone and only stay with my friend. However, if I go again with my family or a group of friends, I will really consider stay here once more. Good price, convenient location.

The TV is not common TV but Google TV and I am fine with that though I expected common TV. However, I think that it suits more for foreign visitor and nowadays people. I tried to watch Youtube, but somehow my video is only loaded halfway and I could not continue watching the latter half of the video, maybe internet connection problem.

Great size room for my partner and I – with all the basic you'd want/need for a long stay. The projector was a great addition, allowing for larger viewing with less infrastructure.

The area we stayed in was quieter than other places in Osaka, but being in walking distance to the subway and JR stations made it completely fine. If you don't like communting, this might be an issue, but for us it was a great ease in and out for the day.

It was great, location was good short walk to Shin-Osaka station, convenience stores, restaurants and small cafes. Even if we had someone in a wheelchair with us, it was not hard to walk to and from the station. Most restaurants close early but there are a few 24 hour restaurants nearby and the Shin-Osaka station also had a lot of places we could eat at.

We had to go to other neighborhoods to do the touristy things but we didn't mind that since the station was nearby.

I loved the space given. The beds were a great size and thickness. It included a mini kitchen.

I would've appreciated a bit more instruction to use the projector. We were really excited to use it but could not figure out how to connect it to the phone or computer. We would've liked to know that the washer was not going to dry the clothes at all. It only drains it, but to dry you need to hang and dry by the window or outside. We would've prepared and washed and dried at a Laundromat.

This was an easy option for an overnight transit stay near shin-Osaka, easy walking-distance. The check-in was with door-codes after speaking to someone via video-chat in the foyer. It was straightforward. The room was clean and comfortable and our Theatre room had a large screen with various viewing options.

This area of Osaka was very quiet, not much going on at all! Finding our way on foot from shin-Osaka was a little tricky but straightforward once we worked out that we needed to go down a level in the station to be able to access the footbridge that crosses the railway tracks.

Hassle free. stayed here for 5 nights. the projector is cool, but I cant sign into my netflix account for some reason. so we didnt use the projector. washing machine was useful. I like that the toilet has ventilators and warm air circulation. made use of that when drying clothes on the provided drying rack in the toilet. wash clothes at night, and dry by the next morning after using the hot air circulation setting for 3 hours. theres a family mart nearby so we always stop by the night before to buy breakfast. tons of space for 2 people, but the bed is double bed (smaller than a queen sized bed). utensils and pots provided, but we didnt use the stove. pictures as advertised.

Strictly no early check-in. Earliest is the original check in time at 3pm. The booking system only opens at 3pm. cant sign in to netflix in the projector. futon has a bit of musky smell as there is no ventilation in the compartment but the smell goes away after leaving it out for a day.
