The location was good, very close to shin Osaka station. The facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and there were cold water and ice facilities. The staff were very helpful at check in. They also accommodated a change from a smoking to a non smoking room prior to arrival via the Booking.com messaging service. The room is of what I'd consider average for a toyoko inn, so there was a little floor space to rearrange items.

The location means that if you are sensitive to noise, the trains will wake you in the morning There is limited dining space in the morning so you may need to take a plastic bento box upstairs. It would be better if you could return a physical plate so that there was less disposable plastic. I think it would also be good to have separated recycling bins available.

Wanted to check in manually but directed to the check in machine which as usual in Japan was cumbersome, time consuming and I had to start over several times because of errors. Breakfast is very basic, ending at 9 with no replenishments the last 15 minutes (which was clearly written). Still I had to complain to get a glass of juice which had run out 20 minutes before 9, being initially told it would not be refilled.

Breakfast was good as long as you like Japanese food. Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite and professional, and the location is close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The room we booked was a smoking room, but it was an oversight on my part.

The staff is amazing and super helpful. I love how quaint the hotel is and it provides numerous amenities. I am super grateful for the breakfast, coin operated Washer and Dryer, and the ice machine. I will always come back to this hotel.

I am willing to pay more for a larger bedroom.

Easy check-in and out, very fast and easy to understand procedures. Beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable. (First night without back pain). Toilet was clean and spacious. Great location near station too

I am traveling with my family. This hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the food is simple but delicious and the hotel staff is smiling and friendly. Near with shin osaka station, walk about 10 minute.

An easy walk of 10minutes from Shin-Osaka station. Very clean and immaculately maintained. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. A good breakfast was included in our tariff.

The bed was very hard. Almost like sleeping on a futon/tatami but it was ok.

Great business hotel with all the basic amenities that you might want. Everything was in bright and clean from the lobby to the room. Location itself is near the Shin-Osaka Station, so it's convenient for traveling by shinkansen. There's a few convenience stores nearby as well. The breakfast is simple with rice balls, miso soup, sausages, eggs, etc, but is perfect for the morning. As a Toyoko Inn member, I was also able to check-in at the earlier 15:00 check-in time, though I was not able to accumulate points.

The hotel is near the train tracks and right underneath the Itami Airport flight route, so some people may be annoyed by the noise. However, I didn't really find the noise bothersome at all (actually, I didn't even notice the noise at all while inside the hotel).

A 5 min walk from the Shin Osaka station. Fabulous complimentary breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. They let us keep our luggage overnight which was very kind of them.

The economy double bed was really small but that is to be expected.
