Very close to a main station Shin Osaka. Five minutes walk away. Across the road from a Lawsons so don't fork out for the breakfast, just get something across the road. It has a lounge area that you can sit in and make coffee or cold drinks for free. Has laundry facilities too. My floor also had big bins to throw any excess rubbish or recycle your bottles and cans in.

Room was tiny, even for a solo traveller who has a backpack and small suitcase I felt stuffed in. The fridge is also not the usual mini fridge. It's literally a third the size, big enough to hold a few small bottles of drinks.

The hotel is super close to the metro station. There are plenty of markets and places to eat around the hotel where you can take care of your needs. It’s a practical hotel. If the space under the beds was empty, it would’ve been great for storing luggage and saving space, but they didn’t design it that way. The staff are really helpful. Check-in and check-out processes are handled really quickly. Check-in isn’t allowed before 3:00 PM. You can grab fresh pajamas every day from the ground floor, and the pajamas are so comfy! :) From what I understood, if you’re staying for a week, you only get room cleaning once. Other than that, towels are changed daily.

Great access to Shin-Osaka and local restaurants! I enjoyed my stay and even with two large suitcases I thought the space was pretty good! I did travel solo which was perfect. Amenities were great and the laundry service was very affordable! 300 yen per 5kg wash and 100 yen for every 30 mins of drying. I will stay here again!

I did find some areas like the sides of the carpet and the fridge were still dusty, I think cleaning needs to be improved on. Otherwise everything was great!

My stay in Y's Hotel Shin-Osaka was a short one but I have nothing but praise for the front desk staff who are always happy to help and always have a genuine smile on when they are wishing you a good morning. Despite the language barrier between us they helped me forward a suitcase to another hotel and answered any questions I had. The hotel is situated between two convenient station for both metro and JR lines, the neighbourhood is quiet but not without a variety of restaurants and convenience shops. The room was small so I found it difficult to have two suitcases in and still move comfortably but the price was very reasonable.

The staff was very nice, polite, and professional. My arrival was met with very Dutch appreciated efficiency. The fact that I could also get free drinks throughout the day was magnificent; When coming back after a long day of walking around Osaka, a nice warm drink was perfect! For the duration of your stay, the room stays very private, and no crew is coming in while you're away. Also, the room was incredibly clean at arrival.

There's nothing I can think of. The first day, I got hopelessly lost trying to find my way. But that has nothing to do with Y's hotel. That's just me not paying enough attention, I suppose.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. Close to the shin Osaka metro station but a couple of minutes more away from shin Osaka station (shinkansen), there are different entrances for these 2. The breakfast they offer is a little bit simple, but nice. Little bento with different stuff plus a box of cold green tea. Everyday was a different kind of food in the bento. Staff was very nice and helpful and facilities were pretty clean. There's a dining area used as a lounge area where you can eat, work or chill. You also have free soft drinks and coffee. They have laundry machine and tumble dryer, if need coins for them you can ask reception to change your money. There's a Lawson crossing the street if you need or crave something, also a 7/eleven and a Family Mart on the way to the metro station. Free toiletries and room wear clothes at the reception area. Clean towels delivered everyday.

Slightly smaller room than average in Japan. Maybe the organization of the room makes it look smaller. So have it in mind if having big luggage or more than one.

Located within walking distance to the Shin Osaka Station Central Gate entrance. Lots of restaurants, combinis, and a 24-hour Tamade supermarket nearby. Rooms may be considered tight in space for some, but we were used to tight rooms in Japan as economy travelers. We spent most of our time outside, so this hotel was comfortable enough for us and quieter than the Namba/Dotonburi area.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in. Although the room was small it did not bother me. There was free drinks (soda, coffee, tea) near the lobby and you could also eat there. Lawson was across the road. Location was good. Walking distance to shin-osaka station. Would stay here again.

Very well located, between 2 major metro stations, 7 minutes to each of them. A few (7) stops to Namba Station. I loved the fact that they have an onsen in the building. The room was small, but this is customary for Japan. I found it a very good deal for the price we paid for the accomodation. There is also a smoking room next to the reception.

Let´s be honest and straight forward: the room is small but for that price, the offer is really good. In the hotel there is also a public bath (I really appreciate they removed the limited hours for tattoed people, that was at the beginning of the year), washing and drying machines and a coffee-lounge. In Japan already the budget is at risk because of the thousands of gadgets you want to buy: this hotel is definitely budget saving for more kawaii stuff! Will be back again if in the city.
