It was a perfect location for us! I wasn't sure about staying in the middle of Osaka, it felt a bit scary... Also, we arrived earlier, but our room was ready, so we could check in! This area was very quiet and convenient if you're taking the Shinkansen to reach Osaka. There are convenience stores and a Komeda coffee shop nearby, and if you walk about 30 minutes, you can reach the Yodo River. It made for a nice morning walk.

Maybe because of the tall building, I couldn't open the windows... It would have been nice if we could open them even halfway or just a little to get some fresh air.

The hotel location is ideally located near the Shin-Osaka station, which is very practical when you want to go to the city center such as Umeda or Namba or if you want to go to other cities (Nara, Kyoto, Kobe) The room was quite small but it showed on the pictures but it was very comfortable and convenient with a nice bath, the refrigerator was quite small though so do not go on groceries shopping. I really liked the fact that I could manage the lights directly from the bed (via a small panel).

I could hear everything that was happening in the corridor, and I had the misfortune of being near noisy neighbors who would make a lot of noise very early or very late, so be mindful of this. Aside from that, if you book a room for two, it is not that big of a room so be aware of this

The hotel is a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station and the Midosuji Line got me pretty much everywhere I needed to be (if not directly then via transfer). Room was small, but this was expected and not a problem. Clean and comfortable, but note that they don’t clean the room daily if you are staying for a longer period. You can, however, request fresh towels and leave your rubbish in the hallway for staff to collect. There are three convenience stores nearby, as well as a Komeda’s Coffee. The hotel does have a coin laundry, but if it is full/being used, there is a laundromat literally around the corner too.

Location: Conveniently located near Exit 7 of Shin-Osaka station. There is also a 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. The challenge is only knowing how to get there the first time but after that, everything has been a breeze. Staff: Very helpful and accommodating, no problems communicating in English. Room: I'm a solo traveler and booked a single room. It is quite small but I did travel alone so it's fine. The room is clean as well as the bathroom (hot water available, yey!) Housekeeping is only available for those who've booked more than 7 days but you can leave your garbage outside everyday and they will pick it up for you. I didn't try the buffet so I couldn't comment on it. There is a microwave at the lobby which was very convenient =P

Hotel was good. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly. Good location. Free coffees/hot drinks available in the restaurant.

Hotel needs more signage for the hotel entrance. Google maps takes you a longer way round. It isn't clear, and the reception staff didn't make it clear, that the hotel is in two blocks and you can only access the lifts in one block to get to the restaurant for breakfast. Fortunately our room was on the ground floor. If you are on level 6, you'd have to go down the lift then walk around to the other lifts and go up in that one.

Location was accessible and easy to find We were able to forward our luggage to and from the hotel very easily

The beds left us stiff every morning. Was anticipating more laundry facilities; only one on the first floor hidden away? Doors were super thin so I could hear every person walking down the hallway, and there were a lot of loud groups during our stay. Breakfast buffet was meh, and horribly overcrowded so it was hard to navigate the tiny space with so many people.

The hotel is really conveniently placed with numerous dining option and convenience stores within a 5 minute walk as well as the Shin-Osaka train station being very close. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Maybe more of a personal perference, but I think the pillows provided could have been more comfortable.

A short walk from Shin-Osaka midosuji line. The staff are nice. They have 2 lifts at the building. Blankets are blankets, split system in room works. bathroom is creatively compact, toilet has a bidet

Shower doesnt hold temperature, goes hot then warm the hot ad infinitum. Mattress is VERY firm, pillows are filled with a weird pliable bead of some sort. The double bed room really only a room for 2 people if you want to live very squashed together; single person okay. Electricity points don't pull much power so don't overload them(2hrs to charge a phone from 50%))

It was convenient and the room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful especially when it came to luggage delivery to the airport. They also called to verify information a few days after checkout.

Unfortunately the batteries on the tv remote didn’t work or the tv wouldn’t power on. I believe the staff forgot that they were going to check on that when I notified the front desk and it didn’t happen. It’s ok. Just a minor observation

Matress was firm but okay. Pillow was hard but I was given a soft one the next day, when I requested it. Many hotels now automatically have a choice for foreigners, soft or hard pillow. There was a very high step up from the bedroom floor to the bathroom. This was dangerous for a senior aged person, or anyone with poor balance. Everything was clean. It was not an easy walk from the station, to the hotel, especially when pulling your luggage in light rain.

Please read above as I have included likes and dislikes in one answer.
